I’m so happy we chose to be apart of the Lightbridge family for 5 years between 2 kids. The teachers are great and the program prepared my kids for elementary school and kindergarten. Thanks for everything!

The Lightbridge community has become a second family to us. Everyone treats our daughter with so much love, care and attention. It is amazing to see how much our daughter is learning and has grown socially and intellectually. We couldn't be happier with Lightbridge!

I have been working at Lightbridge Academy for a little over a year and a half now and I absolutely love it. I have made amazing relationships with coworkers (that I now consider some of my closest friends), administration, families, and children. I especially love our director Lisa Kwan. She has gone above and beyond for me in many ways throughout my time of working at Lightbridge.

We absolutely love this wonderful place! Our son Matthew started in young infants with Ms. Christina and Ms. Paula, and he's now in mobile infants with Ms. Carolina and Mr. Eric. And we love Ms. Gale!! His and our experience has been so amazing! All of his teachers have been so sweet and attentive with him, and are so great at communicating with us how things are going. His transition went so smoothly! He loves his friends and being here is definitely helping with his developmental growth. I can go to work and I don't have to worry! I know he's getting great care. I can't say enough how wonderful this place is! We are so thankful for Lightbridge Academy! -Becky Serico

I would like to start off by saying i am a high school student working part time at this location. I've been working at Lightbridge for almost a year and absolutely adore every second. Id like to say that Mrs.jacinda ,Ms.katie and most of all Mrs.Lisa are the most loving people in the world highly understanding, and will do anything to understand you as a person, they treat you not only like staff but family as well. They make sure that you always have a smile on your face no matter how hard your day was. Mrs.Lisa was the lovely lady who gave me the chance to work here knowing id have a hard schedule once senior year started, shes done nothing but support me through everything not only with work but school also shes always so proud and understanding of everything. As for my coworkers they are truly such amazing people/team ive made so many friends along the way and couldnt be more thankful. they will treat you and your child with love, support and care. every single staff member is amazing in there own ways ,we also have the best lead teachers Ms yvanna, shakira ,christina ,erica ,carolina ,kera etc are truly amazing at loving your children and educating them with the appropriate knowledge for that age group. If you wanna apply and or enroll your child just know we will welcome you with open arms and help guide you through the process.

We really love the School, all teachers and the Director: mr Jason, Ms Katie, Ms Sofia, Ms Ashley and Mrs Lisa you are extraordinary people! We have our two children there. My son is the most active, curious, stubborn children in this world: his listening skills, his focus and his behaviors were not developed and he was seriously struggling and we with him. We had several school experiences where one method was applied without taking the chance, the patience and the time to try new ways to support and help the children’s growth. In this school their passion, tenacity and commitment is the highest that I have ever seen in any school in New Jersey. They did not give up in front of failure, they did not judge us or the children but despite everything they keep insisting, working and focusing on his growth. After a year with them my son is another children and I will be always grateful for this experience. We love you all!thanks you!

Beware: A 2 year old escaped through the gates of the backyard and made it onto Bloomfield Ave without teachers or school cameras noticing at around 10AM on a Friday this month. Luckily a good Samaritan was there to stop traffic and retrieve the toddler from the road. The school alerts all parents at 5pm. The state and police were called in to investigate this matter. I pulled my son out immediately.In addition to this incident, there are poor teacher to student ratios, rapid ongoing change in staff, lack of id check at door.

I have worked at this location for over a year and I absolutely love it! The teachers are passionate, the administration is fantastic, and the children are outstanding. Teachers go out of their way to make the children feel comfortable especially on their first day in the classroom!

My son went here for 1 month and that was enough for me. The school seemed nice enough on the tour but once you’re enrolled, all bets are off. I complained about lack of supervision and ratio concerns, which turned into administration vilifying my 3 year old. Staff had my child excluded from class and sitting alone at a table for over 20 minutes and was told not to get up. Teachers come and go from classroom with no regard for state mandated ratios. I see on the camera kids fighting all the time and the teachers just lounging around, not intervening. When I informed staff I was pulling him, they were just like “okay bye”! So glad we are going elsewhere, DO NOT bother with this place.

Awful experience. Pulled our son out of their care after less than a month. They let him sit in a soiled diaper for hours causing an awful rash. I went ballistic over this! Two changes in a 9 hour period for a two year old!?!?They tell you they will keep you informed daily about what is going on and hardly received updates nor communication about him.Then we had a major issue getting a refund for them auto billing us when we never agreed to auto bill and then pulling the money from our account we had taken off file for a certain reason.Go elsewhere!!!

My granddaughter attended this school for 3 years. They even helped out during the pandemic with remote learning. They are caring and treated me like family even though I’m only the grandmother. I highly recommend this school.
