4 new tire install at the building. When arrived, they brought 4 different tires than ordered. We agreed to continue work as they kept with the original quoted price,(same brand just a different grade, better tire). As work continued, the TPSM broke. Honestly things just didn't seem like it was going good. Not everyday can be flawless and It was just one of those days. Still continued on and they ordered an OEM TPSM.
The entire staff was very pleasant. They compensated for the mishaps that day all was taken care of professionally. Like said before, things happen and was handles great. I would still recommend Momemtum.

I called twice and left messages with someone who said I would get a callback. That was weeks ago and still no call back.

Have an important work road trip today. Had an 11 am appointment. They called and pushed to 1:30 which I could not do due to work. I rescheduled for 4. At 3pm they tell me the tires never showed up. I agreed to purchase new tires and would be there by 4:15-4:30. At 3:30 I am told the technician went home and no one can put the tires on for me. Then I am told I can come get the new tires and find another place to put them on. 4:15 I am told to come for 5:00 pm for the new tires. 4:30 am told the new tires were never ordered and I cant get them at all. So now I have no tires for my trip, they offered no solution, and ruined my entire day. This has been an absolute catastrophe from start to finish. I was told these guys are great. False. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had in all my days, and cost me thousands in money for a missed work opportunity.This is worthy of a full set of the tires I originally wanted. This has been an absolute disaster from start to finish. I do not understand how this place is in business.

They quote a price on TireRack that is higher than other normal tire services and represent it as a mobile service, only after you call and schedule an appointment do they tell you that the inflated price there doesn't include mobile service and that costs an extra $100.

Ordered tires from them, scheduled appointment and they never showed up. Didn’t even get a phone call from them. I’d rather go to Etd Tire in Wayne
