Oil change was great. I was quoted $2500 for brake pads and rotors. The parts for this job are less than $600 from GM Parts Direct. Such an egregious quote is both insulting and infuriating. Thankfully being an informed consumer I declined but for those who don't know what it should cost for this type of service, these rates are predatory.

Bought a corvette from these guys only to realize they sold the car without including the lug nut key. I cannot remove the wheels and now left with the fact that I have to pay out of pocket to get the lugs removed. The manager, Paul, reached out to me and was able to resolve the situation. So despite the initial inconvenience, they honored their mistake and sent new lug nut locks, free of charge. I was relieved to hear that they would assist with the issue, so thank you Paul!

I had a very positive experience at Paul Miller. I went in looking to upgrade my car. My husband had previously bought a car there and I was hoping to have the same experience. I knew I wanted an SUV because my Ford was just too small. Arthur was quick to assist me and was very helpful in the entire process. I knew I was in between two cars, and he let me look at both. I immediately fell in love with a Blazer. The whole process was super simple. I was able to trade in my car and buy a new car in two weeks. Arthur is even going to return my plates for me! On the day I bought my car, he went over the entire car with me and made sure I was comfortable with every button inside of it before driving off. He was great. I truly recommend Paul Miller Chevrolet and Arthur!

Was greeted promptly. Gave Alex my key. Waited in the customer lounge. In a little over an hour I was done. Quick and easy. Everyone at the dealership is super friendly.

Went to Paul Miller Chevy and met with Joe Matos about a new car. I found that he was a super knowledgable and genuine guy as we looked at a bunch of cars and eventually found the Chevy Colorado pickup as the best option for me. Additionally, Joe has been willing and excited to pick up the phone 24/7 during the process and even after my purchase as I've learned more about my chevy. Would definitely suggest the Paul Miller Chevrolet in West Caldwell and Joe Matos. This guy is a stud.

Nothing but the best work from Jerry and Joseph and the whole team, accommodated all my needs was extremely patient and amazing communication from Joseph my sales rep. If I could individually give them 100 ? they have definitely earned it. From start to finish Joseph helped and was extremely knowledgeable I felt like I was in a car commercial that's how much he knew and how professional he was.
