Needed a new phone charger Christopher knew exactly what I wanted found it unless then a minute paid within less than 10 minutes and I was out the door I've been going to the store for over 10 years and I highly recommend you make the West Coldwell store your main store to go to never a complaint there

Shannalee was the amazing team member who helped my mother and I upgrade our phones! She was super sweet and knowledgeable! She helped us order our phones and made the transfer process feel completely seamless! If you ever need to go to a Verizon store I highly recommend the West Caldwell location and Shannalee!!!
