I had an appt for a manicure and pedicure. They did the manicure first. Then, left me waiting for 20 minutes with my feet in water as a Caucasian woman who came in long after me got an immediate pedicure. Unbelievable.
Edit: I also made an appointment. No excuse for waiting 20 min to “soak”.

I’ve been coming here for several years and overall the experience has been favorable. Last few times I’ve been assisted by this woman who is looking at everything around her except the work she is doing and cut the skin deep on my pinky toe to the point where it hurts and I pulled back my foot. The rude woman started laughing and didn’t think it was serious because there was no blood. I will cross the street next time and go somewhere else. The owner and place is nice and clean but not worth my time or money.

I recently got a gel dip manicure at New Village Nails in Caldwell NJ. I had a horrible experience. The day after getting my nails done, one of my nails chipped and I had to go back the next day to get it fixed. The next day 2 of my nails had polish that had fallen off, and today which is day 4, almost all of my nails are completely ruined. This should not happen as Gel Dip Polish should last up to 2-3 weeks. I’ve had this done before at other salons and had never experienced this. Very disappointing.

They list their hours at 9 am online I get there and they don't open until 9:30.... Sitting getting my pedicure and in the midst the tech asked me what I'm getting on my finger nails and I said UV GEL..... her response: " the owner is not here until 12! And she's the only one who does it Thank you for wasting my time

I came across this nail salon leaving TJ maxx, I’m so happy I did because I’ve been looking for a new nail tech.. my nails have never looked better.. a huge concern of mine in the past is when nail techs over-file the nails, and cut the cuticles so much that they bleed.. This was NOT the case here. She was so gentle and took such good care of my nails. Shaped them exactly how I love, and the gel polish was painted on so perfectly clean and neat. This place sucks. The workers cannot file nails evenly or shape them correctly. I was left to fix my nails myself before they could even paint them. The workers rush themselves so they can move on, no attention to detail what so ever. And if you speak up and point something out they roll their eyes and still don't even actually fix it. They didn't cut my cuticles or buff my nails and tried to go straight to paint them. Very dissatisfied.

Very satisfied with my gel fill-in and pedicure! Extremely clean, relaxing and enjoyable. It is not cheap but worth it!

I went in today for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. The lady that did my manicure was very nice and I loved it but the lady that did my pedicure wasn’t good, all she did was put my feet in the water, take it out and removed polish to reapply new polish. She never used the scrub or anything that you would normally do in a pedicure. And to end off she put lotion on one of my legs and not the other and said I was done and still charged me $45Services: Pedicures

Great location, the owner was nice and kind. Rosa did my manicure, she was good too. The chairs were clean and comfortable. Loved the massage chair option. Very reasonable prices. Will definitely go back. !Services: Pedicures

I have to say this place was one of the best nail salons I have been to. This nail salon is now under new management. The owner and staff were very professional and hospitable.
