I decided to call a few other Kohls stores to find out if they had the shoes in the size my son needed, and the one in West Paterson was able to help me. I went there the next day and made the exchange without any problems.”

Meanwhile employees on floor chit chatting, looking at their cell etc. Waited over 10 minutes at jewerly counter not one employee there. Finally was able to flag an employee who rudely told me HOLD ON MINUTE pointing with her finger ? Then she went back to area to adjust pocketbooks w coworkers ignoring me 2 others. I ask to speak to manager who had some serious issues rather than holding her employee or pisition accountable she got all dwfensive had to last word.
