My daughter was in an accident ,and the place Riehl’s that the police towed the car to was ridiculous. They charge way too much for every little thing and rude. Wanted to charge me double of what Amy’s towing charged me, and Riehls didn’t have to drive anywhere to get the car, the car was at their yard. The car was going about 5miles from the yard. I seen Amy’s towing online and they had great reviews. I know why!! Greg was the best. He was there when he told me he would be, even texted me. He was professional, courteous, empathetic to my situation, and gave me advice. He even asked where I wanted the car and after he got it off the flat bed, put the car exactly where I wanted it!! I will never use another tow company again!! I hope I never need one again, lol, but if I do I’m calling Amy’s Towing!! Thank you Greg for all your help!! I greatly appreciated it!!

I was down and out and this was the only affordable tow company that went out of their way to make sure my car was safely towed to a mechanic. The gentleman Greg was amazing and he really helped me out in a time of need. I highly recommend their services and would give this review 100 stars if it was possible. He went above and beyond, the extra mile to make sure me and my family got to where we needed to go safely. Of all the tow companies around here thus company was the only entity that showed compassion.

Amy's Towing was extremely prompt. I called to have my pickup towed for service around noon, and they came within a short amount of time and picked it up.In addition to having them tow it, they also checked it over for me to see if what I thought the issue with the truck is, is actually what the issue is. I appreciate such prompt and careful service, and I will definitely utilize Amy's again should I find myself needing a tow.

It is 1:23 AM and this is one review that absolutely needs to be written. Amy's Towing came through for me when even AAA could not get me after almost 3 hours of waiting. Greg is professional, knowledgeable, and an honest guy. Amy's came through and took care of getting me towed to the shop in under 30 minutes. This is now my go-to for any kind of towing in my area.(full detailed review): My night started at around 8 PM when my car suddenly died during driving. After getting some tools and a jump box, I tried to see if the battery was the issue. After a couple of successful jumps, the car would not stay running and it appeared to be the alternator.At 9:30 PM I called AAA as I am a premier member. They said it would be 90 minutes. I called AAA back at 11:15 PM to get a status update and they said they would "call me back". I called AAA again at 11:45 PM and they finally admitted to me that it could be another 2 - 3 hours before someone would come out to me. This was clearly unacceptable.At Midnight, I called Amy's and Greg answered the phone. I told him where I was located and he told me 20 - 30 minutes. He kept his promise and arrived on time. He was able to determine that the alternator was not charging and was able to get my car on the flatbed.Greg was patient with me and I know I had a gruff attitude after what AAA had put me through. He understood and was able to change my attitude around quickly. While being stranded and needing a tow is not the most pleasant of experiences, Amy's quickly solved a problem that AAA was unable to do. I recommend saving your money and use it for Amy's.Service: Car towing
