Today my son and I was helped by Jaret at the AT&T store for a new number activation. Jaret was very quick and informative all while engaging in a great conversation about basketball. We were on our way in less than 10min.

I went in to inquire about switching internet service and pricing. I was given educated answers to all of my questions by the Store Manager, Joseph. He explained the pricing and equipment set up process and he even followed up to ensure I was happy with the coverage and offered a booster if I needed the signal to reach farther in my home. I’ve worked in customer service for 20 years and I was extremely happy to have met someone so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about their products and services offered.

I'd rate zero stars if I could. This store in West Deptford is useless. The poor young man working was super busy and the "manager" sat in the back, not only not offering him some help, but the guy had to keep running back and forth to ask questions. Waited for over 30 minutes and still walked out without their help. Just needed to have a deceased spouse's account closed. They needed the PIN, which I didn't have. It's okay for me to keep paying for a phone for 2 years on an account I didn't sign the contract for but God forbid I want to stop wasting my money. That so called manager should be ashamed of his or her self. Show your face and help your employee. I hope that young man knows not every manager is as lazy as the one he has and finds employment elsewhere. I'm also a manager and would never allow my employees to struggle.

First, i would like to say that prior to this experience, my experience up to this point was in the negative. The insurance company robbed me of a phone for my son, who is attending high school and needs a phone. Becaue it took sev. Weeks to complete the replacement criteria, they disqualified me.Yesterday, it was a great customer service experience. At&t needs more like him. He was kind, courteous, and professional. Would highly recommend AT&T just from my experience with him alone. But don't use their insurance.

Leo was awesome! Upgraded our phones and improved our plan with no issues. Very communicative and answered our questions like a pro! Got setup for the new internet and hopefully I can drop Comcast finally!

I came into the store with high hopes of bringing my small businesses, previous carriers lines over to AT&T and was extremely disappointed and discouraged by an employee. I believe his name was Pedrick. He didn’t seem to want to provide me with any help or information or answer the questions that I had and I felt dismissed and unappreciated Customer he did me a favor. I chose a different carrier to go with and feel much more comfortable. Terrible customer service.

The 2 gentleman in AT&T were extremely helpful, very detailed in explaining everything to me- details ranging from the new features on the iPhone I purchased all the way to my bill and exact payments due. Both were friendly, personable and professional, I would highly recommend going to this location for your new phone!

One person working? Then after waiting they play with my phone for 3 minutes and said, it works fine! I said on wifi it works, they said then use the wifi? Genius idea, do you have an extension cord I can use for when I can't get a wifi signal?
