“I used Autotech for the first time 6 years ago and I'll never use another collision service. Dean and his staff guided me through the process of dealing with the insurance company and were there to answer every question I had. Recently my daughter was in an accident and of course I took the car to Autotech. This time I dealt with Dan and Dean jr. and they were great as well. The car wound up being a total loss but thanks to their help I was able to secure a fair settlement from the insurance company. Nobody wants to be involved in an accident but if you wind up in that situation, do yourself a favor and go to Autotech. These guys are the best!I wish more businesses could be like Autotech. Not only was the repair work top notch but they went above and beyond with their customer service. I would highly recommend them. Thanks again Dean!”

“Ludlow Auto Repair Shop will always hold a special place in my heart. Isaiah took amazing care of me. I had my car towed here to get an estimate for repairs. I knew the repair costs were going to be high, and I was paying out of pocket. Isaiah worked for days to try and find a way to get the cost lowered and still get quality parts. Unfortunately the cost was still high, so I decided to trade it in. But IF I ever need ANY kind of car repair, this is where I'm going. TOTAL 5 STARS!!”
“Since i’ve been to Marty’s, I will not take my car anywhere else. I’ve always been a bit nervous talking to mechanics because i’ve been taken advantage of before, but everyone at this shop is honest, fair, and I’ve never waited more than a day for my car to get fixed. Plus Marty always has free treats to give out for some reason lol twice in a row I walked out with bags of fresh rolls! Heck he even had one of his mechanics come and pick me up with my car when it was finished because I didn’t have a ride and he didn’t want me and my son to walk the mile to pick it up. “I work at local car dealership. We do not have a body shop, so we are forced to sublet warranty body issues to local body shops. We took a couple cars here, for some major warranty repairs (driver door replacements) because the body shop We have been using, takes too long. When I went and picked the vehicle up, I was blown away by the quality and craftsmanship of the work they did. It took half the time and literally half the price to get 2x better quality. They are very nice to work with, as well. The owner of the vehicle called me at the dealership and told me how beautiful the paint job is. I hope this is indicative of the work they do, because if this is the norm for the folks at DiEvas, they won us over!”

“This was the single best experience I have ever had at an auto body shop, and I've been to a bunch. Tom is the man! He was extremely kind, professional, and more than fair.. I needed a new bumper for my Dodge Ram and he helped me to order one online correctly. Once I dropped the new bumper off to him, he took the old one off and installed and painted the new one in less than 2 days. The work was great.. you cannot tell this bumper was replaced!
