Rite Aid closed my usual location. Ever since we transferred our meds to here, they're either out of them or else they treat us like junkies that are shopping prescriptions around.Going to Rite Aid on Kings Highway gives a much better experience, and they're never out of my meds.

Very rude pharmacy attendant asked “Can I help you?” in an annoyed tone without even bothering to come to the counter and then gave me attitude for simply coming to check in for my flu shot appointment, as instructed by the website. Acted like I should have known to not listen to the website because she had already checked me in and laughed at me as I walked away.The only polite employee was the woman who gave me the vaccination.Will never be back here again. Sheesh.And from reading the other reviews, it sounds like this location has the most disgusting, racist and vile so-called “customer service.” Was wondering how these people keep their jobs and apparently the manager is just as evil.

I just want to pay for my script,and now they make u wait for counciling for the same thing the doctor already described to you,I'm in a hurry and they don't care,I'm done with this place,very inconvenient

Wouldn't approve prescription Dr sent script over 4 times, kept saying they didn't have it finally went to Dr's office ( since they kept blaming them) they called currently still not ready smh

Clearly the reviews already speak for themselves but what’s another. Oh where to start. The head pharmacist is so rude, I dread coming here. I have never seen him be respectful to any costumers in the pharmacy. Not one time. It’s terrifying that some people’s lives are in the hands of this man. Absolute miserable experience everytime. I’ve seen him yell at people older than my grandmother. It’s shocking that any cvs would keep him around. At this point he’s laughable and hopefully he looks in the mirror one day soon, or leaves customer service altogether.

Was using cvs in Paulsboro til they closed people were very nice there this one the pharmacist acts like he works for dea he told me he will get to my prescription when he gets time unacceptable

I am disgusted and disappointed about the horrible experience I had at CVS Wenonah, NJ on Sunday August 6, 2023 at approximately 10pm. The male white cashier with glasses and visibly thinning hair watched and followed me as I shopped for a Doordash order. I asked him for a brown paper bag to put my purchases in, he hesitated to give me a bag. I feel like his treatment towards me was only because I am African American, and he assumed I came to the store to steal. I AM NOT A THIEF! The customer service was unacceptable and unprofessional. When I shop at Rite Aid, Walgreen’s, Dollar General, etc, I never have this kind of encounter. He needs to be terminated or properly trained on how to provide customer service to African Americans, instead of watching and following customers around the store, assuming they are there to steal!!!!

Trash customer service in the Pharmacy specifically. I prepaid for 3 prescription only to be told that 1 of the 3 prescriptions was "put back" so they were trying to double charge me. I showed them my receipt and it took 20 minutes for them to straighten out their mess. They were acting as if I was an inconvenience to them. They acted the same way when I had the older woman (manager?) run 2 different coupons for my insulin to get me the best price. They get visibly impatient which is absolutely unprofessional. Then there's a long line of whining people behind you waiting since they only have one window open. I'd rather drive a few more miles to another location than be made to feel like I'm lucky to have these people hardly do their job.
