best heritage around!!! Custom made sandwiches, some employees sing and dance to the blues when played. Great atmosphere, along with all services. They may start a dance choir!!

I had a problem but they took care of it promptly and respectfully. I even heard from the district manager. This is definitely a quality company. They have a great selection of grab and go food - both hot and cold. Just check the expiration time before buying.
They help the community by donating to local food banks.

Their bathroom has been out of order for the last month. I feel bad for truck drivers which I am a truck driver.

Got a Heritage Tuna Hoagie. Was disappointed in the amount of tuna. It was practically not visible and I could barely taste it. I have had decent sandwiches there before but they are slipping of late.

Frumpy lady cutting lunch meat on Sunday I asked for mt lunchmest to be chipped and it was not. Instead she tore it up in pieces.

I absolutely love heritage's. I used to work there. I find the quality of their hoagies much better because of the way they're put together. The past 2 times I've ordered from this particular heritage's it has been disappointing to say the least and tonight was bad. It started when I called to order ahead. The boy that answered the phone was rude, rushed me through my order, when I asked for a heritage size sandwich he yelled at me that he didn't have any heritage rolls, didn't read it back to me and confirm he got everything correct and then told me that it would be 30 minutes. We got to the store and my husband ordered a texan which comes with a quarter pound hot dog. My husband got a regular size hot dog. When we got home and I opened my sandwich (the paper was soaked in oil) it didn't have any salt, pepper and oregano on it, which I asked for when I ordered. That was disappointing because that's what separates Wawa and heritage's, heritage's salts their tomatoes not the lettuce like Wawa does. Then I bit into it and my roll was rock hard and stale. Needless to say I will be going to a different heritage's from now on.
