The staff was very nice. However, it did not seem that they were appropriately staffed for a pediatric blood draw. And I am learning that the standard for this particular blood draw is a fingerstick and not a draw from the inner arm. I am furious because it was such a traumatic experience for myself and my child.

I don't go anywhere else for any lab work my doctors order up for me, I'm in and out almost always in less than an hour, although I'm never in a hurry! The staff here is about as kind and courteous as you can expect from folks dealing with bodily fluids all day, as nice as they can be.

I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with a 7:30 am appointment. Guess the bad reviews are from people who just walk in. Everyone there was friendly and efficient. I did not get the man's name who drew my blood, but he was great! Barely left a mark
