I’ve tried so many different fitness/yoga studios and Laughing Buddha is the only place that keeps me coming back for more. The instructors are so kind and knowledgeable- they also make a point to get to know their students.

Carley was the instructor of the 60 min hot yoga class that I thoroughly enjoyed! Her cues, sequencing, hands on assists, and playlist made for a challenging, sweaty, satisfying hot vinyasa experience. I am looking forward to more Laughing Buddha classes!
