Took my husband’s truck here to have a dent fixed per Carvana’s warranty as it was dented during delivery. Aaron told us that there were different dings & dents that they could fix, which carvana approved of. Went to pick the truck up and there is yellow paint and a chip on the runner of the truck, which was not there when we took the vehicle. (I have pictures). I’ve already contacted carvana, silver rock warranty, and maaco’s corporate office. Oh, and when we pointed it out, we were told that there isn’t any yellow paint in the building so they don’t know how that happened and the manager just walked back into the building, without making sure my husband was satisfied with the fix. Carvana paid $1400 for them to put more dings and dents then before we took it AND they must’ve left the doors open while sanding because the seats have dust flying up every time someone sits on them. Mind you, carvana dropped the truck off FRESH FROM DETAILING, right before going to Maaco. The workers and the manager are rude and unprofessional.Services: Painting
