If i could give this office ten stars i would. I had to choose a new PCP because my family doctor decided to change their practice to a different style that would not have been affordable. Number 1 reception staff top notch. Made me felt like I belonged there. Very warm and caring. Then i had my appointment with NP Renee Rojas. Never before has any provider ever taken the kind of care she has in my health. It was like I was not leaving till she was sure all basis was covered. I am grateful for finding this practice and am happy my original PCP did what they did so I could come here.

Tried to set up an account to be able to go here for my medical needs. Person was hard deal with even after giving them my number twice and telling them that that was my number. They were frustrated with me and could not help me. I would not spend any more time with them. I guess they must have enough patience and money.

Although I waited a few minutes after the appt time in the waiting room, it was well worth it! Dr. Rogers was extremely compassionate and knowledgeable. I can tell that he really sees/treats people as individuals instead of just another patient. I also got a little goodie bag with band-aids and hand sanitizer! :) What a hospitable little practice; I’m thoroughly impressed!

Doctor Magnet is, above all, an outstanding doctor, very personal professional and courteous. And I do not give out reviews. Lightly, the only problem is I wish they would work on their waiting time.. But I guess like everything else, it's the sign of the times.

I love the doctors here, they are great. Will take the time to listen to you.But the office reception staff is awful. Most of the time, they are rude for no reason. During my last visit, they were saying some really disrespectful things about other patients who were there earlier that day. The most igregious was when one of the staff said "I know she wasn't talking to me with THOSE teeth." They made comments to each other ripping into some of the patients for various things but mostly the way they looked. I'd bet a solid sum of money that they probably also said some rude things about me after I left.I tried calling today to ask a question about a prescription. The receptionist answered and put me on hold immediately. I sat on hold for 12 minutes before I just gave up. They weren't intending to take my call and were probably having a laugh about me sitting on hold for so long.+3 stars because the doctors are pretty good-2 stars because the reception staff is horrid. How they still work there baffles me.

Dr.Magnet is very professional and knowledgeable. I enjoy talking to him because he listens. I wouldn't trade him he IS my primary care physician.

Love Nicole very caring and understanding, along with the Nursing staff. I looked forward to my appointments, because I was making great progress with Nicole. However, I had breathing issues and Nicole was on vacation I got Rogers, MD I was very open minded, thinking they all seemed so nice and caring. However Rogers, MD very rude to me behind closed doors. Sociopathic/gaslighting, questioned my anxiety yet he was causing it and I didn't go there for anxiety. My medical visit was for breathing issues. Instead of helping and treating me Rogers made me very uncomfortable with his attitude and verbal whipping post. What was said next from this abusive doctor told me I was dismissed from the practice. I recognized the gaslighting and sociopath behavior and stood-up said this is not right what you just did and I am reporting you. Rogers MD you should be dismissed from practicing all together. You verbally and mentally abused me behind closed doors. My suggestion as it is laws in other states that a nurse be present with this creep. I didn't disrespect you and and what you did Rogers was beyond wrong.

I used to never have issues when calling this office, up until now. I am currently pregnant and with all of the issues I have been having, every time I call this office, Alicia answers the phone with such an attitude and when explaining what is wrong, her response is “well you still need an appointment” and she would always give me an attitude.
