Well I don’t know where to start! I’ve worked with JR Moro on my first purchase into Monmouth Beach! Being recently divorced, I had a home with my ex, a townhouse I owned as rental with a mortgage and buying new property in MB. He was amazing and handled my mortgage needs quickly and with such care! I returned to him 10 years later after all properties sold to get my new home to relocate to a ranch for health needs. It was a very stressful and time consuming process for us. But he is an out of the box thinker such as myself and got me what I needed to meet my closing on the sale of my home and getting into my new ranch with little delays! JR was an absolute dream to work with. As a realtor, I have many lenders that I work with on a regular basis, but when one of my clients wants to use someone that they know I would never object. JR was such a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with, it was if we had been working together for years. He thought out of the box, was very creative and so so patient with me and my client through a difficult home buying process. I will 100% refer him to my clients from now on and look forward to working with him again in the future!

I really can’t even begin to put into words how helpful Jesse was from start to finish on this project. From getting rid of the fear for a first time home buyer to crossing everything single T and dotting every I, he was beyond helpful. I know at the end of the day this is his job and a business transaction, but he made me and my family, like a part of his.
