After spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars in this store every couple days which has a restroom if needed in behind the double doors to the left my medical condition was refused to use the restroom as a newer employ stated its not for the public. I thought the public was anu one who walked in and wasnt a customer after i was able to use it just three days ago. Confused ..... would some one clarify customer to a person walking off the street to use the restroom w no purchase

Terrible store they don’t offer bags for purchase and not allowed to remove carts or baskets from the store. Good luck making 4 trips back and forth to your car

I was going in with an exact amount to spend and I wanted to treat my partner to two heart ballon’s, candy and conditioner I specifically came for the conditioner. I couldn’t afford an extra 1.10 unfortunately. The transaction was being voided and I didn’t have 1.10 in cash. I would think that I could just return something back, no big Deal. I was treated disrespectful by the lady In the curly hair and bun. Things would have been resolved without the attitude and disregard. I’m a person and I can communicate just fine, can you?
I swiped my card pretty sure 4.68 was in my account. Checking my bank the amount was processed ? And had 0.00 in my account. Nothing was explained I was provided a dismissive hand wave and left.
Extremely rude, I’m not asking to be correct I’m asking for a little mature communication then acting like I’m trash to recieve ignorance in none receptive communication. We are all adults here you can address me respectfully I would have been just as genuine in response. The whole interaction was so unnecessary I’m not picky it’s a dollar store I could have ended the entire interaction with out leaving with merchandise unsure if I left with something I couldn’t pay for or just have returned it.
She took the candy back which was my first logical resolve to the matter, to received a poor behavior of an adult is sad for her age. I feel projected for her poor handling on something so simple.

The store is smaller than other dollar trees, they don't seem to carry a lot of stuff. They are convenient for me which is why I come here. For most part the employees are nice. They do good business, especially in the summer.

Very good staff. Sadly the single dysfunctional bathroom (a worker had to jimmy open the door lock that has needed to be replaced for a long time) located in a cluttered dirty store room is horrible. Obviously the owner/ manager has been indifferent and not professional about this shameful condition for a long time. I feel sorry for the workers who deserve a normal good clean restroom of their own. Me and a friend had to go out of the store to find a safe functional restroom in another store on the mall. Shame on you West Long Branch Dollar Tree management people !!
