We went to Dawn, the kitchen designer, at this store, and we cannot say enough about how amazing she is. We weren't sure we were going to order our cabinets from Home Depot, but after working with Dawn, we were certain. The entire experience was excellent from start to finish.

I regret to share my recent unfavorable encounter at the Home Depot in Eatontown, NJ. My experience was marked by frustrating incidents that significantly diminished my satisfaction with their service quality and inventory. These issues have prompted me to transition my business to Lowe's.It is disheartening to observe a noticeable decline in customer service standards and product availability, particularly from a store I have faithfully patronized for numerous years. The persistently disorganized arrangement of items, the lack of well-informed staff, and the absence of assistance in the lumber department collectively signify a substantial breakdown in the store's operational and training processes.The recent confusion I experienced while attempting to locate items like the Toro leaf blower and outdoor lights underscores a substantial communication gap within the store and the need for more meticulous product organization. Additionally, the unavailability of personnel in the lumber department and the subsequent inability to obtain assistance for cutting the required lumber needs to be improved in employee coverage and preparedness.Moreover, the contradictory information I received from different staff members, the necessity for an accessible manager to address my concerns, and the general disorder in inventory management all contributed to an exasperating shopping experience. Unfortunately, such occurrences can drive customers like me toward exploring alternative options like Lowe's or online platforms like Amazon, which consistently prioritize seamless shopping experiences and diverse inventory offerings.To foster lasting customer loyalty, businesses must uphold consistent service excellence and well-organized inventory practices. My choice to transition to Lowe's is not solely based on personal preference but on the broader concern that Home Depot and similar retail giants must confront to remain competitive amidst the evolving retail landscape.While the deterioration of my formerly positive experiences with Home Depot is disheartening, my feedback will spotlight areas needing improvement. Constructive feedback can potentially drive positive changes that will ultimately benefit current and future customers.

Ryobi 18 volt garden tools melted 4 of my Ryobi plus one batteries. Ryobi would not replace and Glen a WLB Home Depot mgr wouldn’t do ANYTHING about it. He came off extremely aggressive and scolded me trying to intimidate me since I was frustration and deviated from the problem. Instead of being companionate, he immediately tried to blame me for my batteries use as a contractor. He refused to notice the obvious hazardous situation with burn marks on the blower, the melted four batteries in the same areas as the blower’s burn marks, and that this blower was defective. When I didn’t recommend this product to a customer walking by with a Ryobi blower in their cart he decided to walk away from me leaving me hanging, empty handed, and never tried to seek a resolution. What a terrible response. I’m a contractor and will no longer go to the Home Depot in West Long Branch until they have better training for their managerial staff

Never have a damm cashier open, to long of lines at self checkout which no one wants to do. You have employees that just walk around and can even help. All they say is oh thats not my department. But thats if you can even find one, most of the time their hiding somewhere. Its not uncommon to walk the entire store only to find one floor person. Whatever managment did in past year made this place a train wreck for customer service. Good luck getting any electric wire. 30 min wait time for somone to open the cage. Enter the lost world at your own will, its every person for themselves there, you are the shopper and employee all at once. Gl!

Can’t tell you how nice this store is compared to other local stores! They had an amazing plant selection indoor and out as well as a variety of supplies in a range of prices! We bought an amazing LG MICROWAVE for a fraction of the price at Walmart and for a newer model! The customer service was outstanding!!! We met Debbie and she helped me from everything to correctly gathering my receipts, to handing me back my phone I left behind! She was over the top friendly and extremely helpful! Faces below of happy customers! We’ll be back!! Sorry for already having a HD-CARD!!!!

Recently went to get someWood cut for shelves. Was unaware that we couldn’t cut on the diagonal after already making the first. The clerk Mathew took great care of us and really accommodated our needs. Thank you.

I ordered a grill online for pick up in the store. Unfortunately it wouldn't fit in my suv BUT the four people that work at customer service were SO NICE! They each separately tried to help me. And they were each so sweet. The next day I came back with a bigger car and there were different people and same thing.... so sweet and nice and helpful. Really nice experience for a frustrating situation.

Cheryl who assisted with picking out and ordering window blinds was amazing. She calls, follows up, is courteous and very knowledgable. The solar blinds were installed yesterday and they are perfect thanks to the person she picked out for installation, William. I highly recommend shopping with her if you need window blinds.

A shout-out to the W Long Branch Home Depot. I ordered an item that will have to be installed by Home Depot's subcontracted plumbers. It took a while to put the order together and although it was very busy and the phone was ringing off the hook, they were patient and customer friendly and really helped me out. Thanks to Brian, Lisa, Flor, and the other guy whose name I didn't get but he used to work in plumbing. You guys were great!! Will be back for more large jobs!!

Staff ignored me then when courtesy counter sent me to the exact person who ignored me. He stayed up on the latter and told me what isle to go look myself. And I was not familiar with the item that I purchased so I am returning it.
