This is the fourth time I’ve brought my extremely nervous rescue for grooming and Kim is awesome. She has a calm and confident vibe which helps me and my fur baby feel calmer. He always looks and smells amazing after his visit with Kim.

Not much different than other PetSmart's. Employees were kind and working hard, the store was clean, and the cats had clean places to sleep.
Of course I can't stand the amount of fish that they have and the amount of caged birds. I wish PetSmart would stop with that trade market. I just wish the world would stop with that trade market. Anyway... Bless

Literally just left this store. Unfortunately I didn’t know that i needed a full clean tank in order to buy fish. The rude girl that works there said she couldn’t sell us the fish because of that reason but asked us if we needed a tank when she was packing up the fish, doesn’t make sense. The worse part was when i said that i would just go to Petco and get it from there she said in the nastiest tone “good go show your kids to kill fish” like what the hell is that? Why is it necessary to say that in front of my children. I eat whole fish once a week. That was uncalled for and just rude. You’re in customer service, you might not like the customers or what they do but if I’m not being disrespectful towards you, just suck it up and say “I’m sorry i can’t sell you the fish” Teach your employees customer service.

I bring my cat in every few weeks for a nail trim and the grooming staff handles our Freddy so well! Even though he’s not exactly a happy camper his nails are always cut properly and quickly and we appreciate the staff so much

We love the grooming service here. Our dog is very anxious and they do such an amazing job calming his nerves and ours! We love the work Kim has done grooming our dog, he is an aussie shepherd and requires specific grooming and she always does a fantastic job!!

This location is always nice. PetSmart takes good care of their pets, and I enjoy going in and seeing the rescues they have in the building at the time. They have a beautiful healthy pair of Rescue Ridge kittens staying there currently. It is always a bit pricey, but I know they carry my cat's reflective collar, and this plaza has always been a good one to visit.

This pet smart is so great! Susie was extremely helpful and kind and so friendly. She had me cracking up! It’s rare to find customer service that is so helpful.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and never have anything bad to say! The grooming salon is full of amazing staff who are always so friendly! They actually smile and greet you nicely unlike many other places!
Suzy takes care of my babies and she does an amazing job! She is so friendly and welcoming and actually listens to what I want done on my pups. She treats them and myself like family and for that I couldn’t be anymore grateful! Even for the holidays she had given us a little card with Polaroids of our babies dressed up with bow ties, it was the cutest thing! I would recommend Petsmart and Suzy to anyone who needs an amazing groomer!

I've been taking my dogs to the grooming department for a like two years now. I've never had a problem. All of the staff are kind and gentle. They also do their best to accommodate. Once my dogs decided to roll around in the most disgusting, smelly gunk. I washed them at home and the smell would not go away. The groomers fit my dogs in and I'm extremely grateful. In regards to the store itself, they pretty much have what you need. They also have a good rewards program.

Very friendly place at an affordable price. Unfortunately, there is no veterinarian to help you at the pharmacy, but there is bathing and grooming and I recommend Lupita for bathing and Adam for everything else. They are excellent.
