“Helpful in rx cards if you don't have a prescription plan. I have been with this pharmacy and the Freehold Walgreens for over 30 years... they try hard with the crowed customers. People have to wait... because it's in a high volume population area, it use to be a 24 hour pharmacy, not anymore which hurts the customers but after COVID 19 all businesses are charging.”

“I don't understand all the negative reviews. I've had nothing but good service at the West Long Branch Walgreen's Pharmacy. The people who are at the register are friendly and professional. Regardless of where you go for your RX, there is going to be a wait time. Manage yourself. If you aren't monitoring your RX online or in the app, then that would help. I receive texts and emails that keep me constantly informed of the status of my RX, when a refill is needed, when it is ready for pickup, etc.
Working in a pharmacy is a thankless job. If you are getting an RX, then more than likely it is not a good situation. But give the staff a break.”
