i called to get an estimated time for a vehicle title we purchased, and the person, BOBBY, I spoke with was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. There was no professionalism, no courtesy, and no attempt to provide helpful information. This is not how customers would be treated, especially after spending thousands of dollars. Very disappointing experience! Will NEVER do business them again! They are so NOT worth it!

Called in for a few questions on a vehicle they had they were very unhelpful and unprofessional my questions weren’t answered and I was just brushed off like I wasn’t a serious customer.

Bought a van from these gentleman a few years back and they have become our one and only stop for all of our vehicles.
They are honest, fair, know their stuff, and will source anything you ask for.
Witnessed and experienced a few different situations with both our company and invidiuals where they proved it again and again.
If you like at their negative reviews you realize they're mostly if not all from unreasonable or dishonest people. It's crazy even reading the insanity they spout.
These guys are the real deal and you'll be in good hands

I was looking for a good place to buy a car and I found this place. I really liked it. I bought a 2012 Honda Accord and I loved it. They provide good service. Mr. Bobby and Kevin are very friendly and trustworthy. I recommend them 100%.

We purchased a vehicle (2019 Audi Q7) from this company on an online auction site (OVE) dealer to dealer because we had a customer that wanted it. Once we received the vehicle, it was stripped of its amplifier. Not only was it missing, the wires were cut so short that it makes installing a new one impossible without re-wiring the vehicle. The seller never disclosed that the vehicle was missing the amplifier. If they had done so, we would have known what we were getting into. Now, to save face with our customer, we have to dish out almost $2K to replace it.
Also, the vehicle was sold to us with 2 keys and the seller only sent 1 key. Which again, in order to make our customer happy, we have to purchase a key.
Buyers (wholesale and retail) beware and make sure the vehicle you are purchasing from this dealer is what you bargained for.

Purchased a 2018 Ram Promaster Amazon Fleet vehicle that Kenny picked up in auction.
This was my second Amazon cargo van I had purchased for my company, but the first one I had purchased from Kenny.
Very happy with the transaction. The vehicle was priced at almost half the cost of what I had been seeing from other dealers in the area who had Amazon used vans.
I have put about 10,000 miles on van now and no complaints.
Kenny is easy to work with and will find you what you need in your budget.
Royalton Auto Enterprise is now the only dealership our company buys used vehicles from.

1) Bobby (owner of that dealership) told me THE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION ARE 100% GOOD --- on the next day, before going to the mechanic (who had to be approved by Bobby), I found metal shavings on motor oil cap.
2) Rude and unprofessional: keeps calling Defaria, TLC and other idiots even when not asked; screaming over the phone and in person.
Definetely would recommend to avoid that dealership if you are not good in engines and cars in general, because he could lie straight into your face.
3) Even after telling Bobs associate Ken that there are metal shaving in the oil (Ken reacted surprised) the description of the car wasn't changed neither on facebook nor on their website

I was looking for a good used car at a good price, and I got just that. 2010 Ford Edge, running great and I've already put a thousand miles on it in a couple of months. These folks are a pleasure to deal with as well
