Big Mystery. How does such a place as Stevens Drugs, with such incredibly poor and non-compassionate customer service, stay in business, when Walgreens, Rite Aid and, Amazon exists!? I guess they don’t need to care and so, they just don’t. It doesn’t cost anything to smile and be nice, especially when their products are for people and families who are in pain or feeling sick? They’ve been on that corner for probably more than 58 years. Help solve the mystery. 🤓

Had to get a nebulizer machine in a pinch as Walgreens was out of stock. The going price for a nebulizer is $30 bucks at Walgreens/online… this place charged me $60 for the same machine (double the price). I get a bit of a upcharge for convenience… but double the price? Definitely feel scammed and taken advantage of. Can’t even submit the bill to insurance as the receipt has no item name on it. And the store is filled with no refunds/only exchange signs.

If you’re a minority the counter people (the owners) talk to you like you’re nothing. Yet, when a Caucasian comes in they’re so welcoming. ? only at The slums. The guy owner is a total broken down joke. ?

Owner lied to me. I am wearing a pair of compression socks in a size the owner told me "they" didn't make. Needless to say I purchased them elsewhere.

Look this is a drugstore.. I'm 66 years old a retired Head Chef and Pagan. When I hurt which is often that's what you get for standing on your feet for 55 hrs a week. It takes its toll man but I wouldn't change it a bit. So I go go here and get attention and fell like I belong, I also get top grade :# 1 help. This is good to me for now its my time to get attention and not all those silly line cooks. They have help me many many times and it is always appreciated.. Not like those so called chain drugstores. So go to Stevens there are not many like around anymore... God Bless....

Came here for a syringe and a 10 ml tube they refuse to sell it to me so much for surgical pharmacy supply store. Went to another pharmacy supply store they sold it to me with no problem.UPDATED 11/29/22 5:47 pmThey still refused to sell me the needle I needed to make the syringe assembly complete even if they did not sell the tube portion of it, so I went to another pharmacy they sold it to me without a prescription without a problem.

Poor customer service. Brought a product there for use at my employment on 4.26.22. The item broke and I went back to see if I could return/exchange the item as it has only been a couple of weeks. This was a $44.00 item. They said they could help not me. I have the product and the receipt. Very poor customer. Will not shop here again. They did give me a number an an email to reach out to... But I just do not understand why it could not have been take care of in store.Customer: Jamal E.

Only place to have all 3 vaccines available . Same day appointments too.Compared to walgreens only had 2nd doses. Amazing
