Do not ever go here. They charge you two dollars for a strip of tape to close your package. Go to the UPS store in Asbury Park. They are the best. Do not go here!

I’ve been going to the UOS store to do my Amazon returns for sometime now, and each time is quite an experience, the customer service is beyond compare, they representatives are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable about their jobs, I recommend this company to anyone.

Convenient. The store is 5 mins from my home. We ship a lot of items and it’s nice to have an ups store close by. Better rates than the post office and it’s quick and easy. Never a long wait

I came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:45 PM and there was one person working and four customers. The shipping clerk in this store was awesome. She was polite, but she was very busy and she was nice and she was able to do several things at the same time, and she was pleasant and very busy. She definitely deserves a raise.

Today I stopped by with an amazon return. The young woman in the store named T went above and beyond to help me today. I had problems that were due to Amazon and T was kind, patient, and genuine. It is rare to find people who really care. I hope UPS values her as an employee. She deserves recognition for her hard work and more importantly her customer service skills. Thank you T your kindness made more of an impact then you know.

Went in late morning expecting a line after the holiday, with a few people in front of me, the man behind the counter was quick, courteous patient, and extremely friendly.
