Today I was at Home Depot ti do the price match and honestly the service I received was the best thank you ZACK for help me to do the price Match . They have great staff in customer service.

Unbelievable that the West Long Branch, N.J. HomeDepot tells its customers to order online and pick it up curbside. It is unbelievable what occurs after you place an order and pay for it in full. First Home Depot makes sure they get every penny from your bank which would be fine if they ever had in stock what their website claims is in stock. Tonight I was shorted two tomato cages that were prepaid for and they tell me they will get around to sending me a refund in two or three days! So Home Depot earns interest on my money for up to three days not to mention I have to follow up that I actually get the refund and the refund is accurate! IF I don't get the refund in three days I get to continue the horror of proving we are owed the money immediately! My husband, who went to pick up my order, was told they could not print out proof of the refund we are owed! Supposedly proof was being emailed. No refund proof was emailed. Instead Home Depot sent me a receipt saying 8 tomato cages were picked up with no mention of the 2 prepaid ones they did not have in stock. Is lack of proof fair to the consumer on top of the fact the business uses your money for three days? Next is the fact they show on their website that they are open until 10 pm for curbside service BUT when they text you at 7:56 pm that your order is ready for pickup the last line states curbside service ended at 6 pm which means you must now go in and deal with the single employee available at the customer service desk! Here is another clue for management ... be accurate on your website and state curbside hours where you offer it in the ordering process! I am quite sure the IT department is capable of linking accurate times! My advice is clear and simple ... do NOT use the Home Depot preordering service until they learn to be fair about refunds and accurate about the time curbside services are available to their customer. My hard earned money is NOT their money if they don't give me a product in exchange and being forced to go to customer service for a pickup when promised curbside service is just really bad customer service!

Rude, inept emplyees. My husband and I have spent many thousands of dollars at Home Depot updating two houses. After the rudeness and disorganization I have experienced today at the West Long Branch, NJ store, I will take my business elsewhere.

The slowest of the slows. From pickup or assistance. Do not even attempt to come after 5p, the help has deserted the grounds. Takes forever to return something as well. Bought a $500 grill and was told it would be a week before they could assemble it because they said they had none assembled. so bought it and figured I'd assemble it myself. Walked out of the store and saw a few of exact same one assembled! Now the process began began On how to return and exchange etc. Get back in return line and wait. Told it probably could be done but need to bring the one from the car back in, find a guy to help partially disassemble the side trays, the guy was second guessing me on how to do it. I was getting pretty hungry so decided this extra hour or so would not work for me. Granted I'd been there for 90+minutes already. Gave up and walked out. The guy helping meant well, but just too slow for me. Lowe's is much faster all around.

I called to see if there were any flatbeds available to rent and the guy at customer service (Brian) said they have one. He was also rude. I drove over as soon as possible and saw the one still in the parking lot. I went to the desk and told them what I am here for and the ladies working said that the flatbed outside is not working. I told them I called and wish they would have told me that before I drove to Home Depot. 0 stars for Brian and 4 stars for the nice ladies at the desk. But overall a 1 star for customer service.

I was in the west long branch store at 7:00am to get a tool box for my husband as a gift. An employee showed me where the tool box was high in a shelf. I said yes that’s the one I want. I was told no one was available to pick it. It was suggested I place the order on line I did so at 11:15 am. The website says that you will receive a text when you can pickup your item. At 4:00 pm I called the store a computer answered, after a long list of options it indicated I would connect

Solid Home Depot, nice folks working in the paint Dept. Good parking situation and they are handling COVID19 (social distancing/masks) well. I will be shopping there often.

I have been calling to confirm stock on an item,as I am coming from a distance. I wait for ever for the call to be answered and then am connected to no one---the call is eventually dropped/disconnected. This has happened more than once.

I will never go to the home cheapo ever again f this store. Sold me screws that don't screw in then wouldn't give me what I paid cause they don't have them in stock cause they are crap and didn't work. Stuff from China doesn't work and if you are selling it for one price and when it doesn't work u can't not give a full refund . Please go to Lowe's they won't f u in the a** like home cheapo

Just brought a fridge from here. Sales rep didn't seem to know anything (was just checking their website). But real issue was the delivery people. The fridge came in dirty. They left a mess. Didn't set it up correctly. And almost took a random appliance from our kitchen. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I have been at this location so many times. I went to west long branch location yesterday morning around 7 am. I want to change the flooring in my house so I walked over to the customer service desk to see if they have any other laminate floor selection or on sale . There was 3 employees behind the desk and I felt the tension. There was a older blonde employee assuming it was part of management talking down to another employee over taking time off. Not very helpful and the stock for molding was all over the place. A contractor who was waiting for something actually helped us.
