Do not send your prescriptions here. Not sure what the issue is, maybe they are just really backed up, but it takes days even when it says it will be ready the next day. I’ve been waiting on an antibiotic for 3 days, I could have felt better by now.

Terrible experience. Had a prescription called in 24 hours ago. Never received a call or anything saying it was ready to be picked up. So i called to confirm the prescription was there and was answered by an extremely rude representative that kept telling me my insurance was expired (its not just checked with my insurance carrier). So I asked how much it would be to pay out of pocket for the medication. She told me it would be over $300 but heres the kicker…. that I couldnt pay for it out of pocket because the insurance was expired. THAT MAKES NO SENSE! This lady has no business working for a pharmacy and should find a different profession. What a joke, im upset I will be filing a formal complaint with the New Jersey Board of Pharmacy as well as Walgreens . The ladys name was AZAHANE Im gonna make sure she finds another profession. Use another pharmacy dont waste your time with this place. Enjoy the paperwork and complaints AZAHANE.

Helpful in rx cards if you don't have a prescription plan. I have been with this pharmacy and the Freehold Walgreens for over 30 years... they try hard with the crowed customers. People have to wait... because it's in a high volume population area, it use to be a 24 hour pharmacy, not anymore which hurts the customers but after COVID 19 all businesses are charging.

Complete incompetent workers. In experienced staff. Second time I am having issues with them and have only used them twice. My prescription was called in two weeks ago. Still is not filled. I have to now wait 90 minutes to get my medicine.

Whoever is in charge needs to get a handle on their employees- very rude, unfriendly people with little knowledge of their specialty. Don’t bother making an appointment/ filling out the paperwork online. They will take the walk-ins before you and have you answer the same questions you filled out online for 20 minutes. They seemed like a miserable group of people.

Do not bother with this pharmacy. If you do not mind waiting hours for your prescriptions then this is the place for you.

Pharmacy is a joke ...They recently purchased AllTown Pharmacy in Eatontown. Other than name/address and DOB , no prescriptions were transferred. Try calling to speak with someone and expect to be on hold for at least 20 minutes

5 star reviews are fake. There is no convenience going to this “pharmacy”. Finally left after they refused to give me my prescription and tried making me pay for someone else’s items. The level of incompetence is staggering especially with the inept manager with the glasses.

Really poor customer service. Do not use pharmacy here. Unhelpful, and a waste of time. Go to cvs, better and more efficient.

Pharmacy customer service is appalling - just spent 37+ minutes on hold "waiting for the next available customer rep" so I could check the status of two prescriptions that were phoned in by my doctor over four hours ago, The pharmacy either needs much more help or they need to actually answer the phone.
