Terrible you can print any documents you have to open the account on your phone and I spend 30 min which then I can’t print anything from my photos and pick up time for one document 40 min

I never write reviews but I’m beyond fed up with this pharmacy. Besides the usual long lines and the many attempts to get someone on the phone, I reached my breaking point. The past 2 months I was told my prescription is being filled and will ready later that day. Only to find out they ran out and don’t know when it will be in. Even with the multiple phone calls I was told they were working on it and it will be ready later that day. Was told this 3 days in a row. If they don’t have it they don’t have it. Just tell me the truth so I can look elsewhere. And when I bring this up I get hung up on or treated like an idiot. Stay away from this place unless you like to get aggravated.

This place is horrible. Most of the staff at the pharmacy are the rudest people ever. Very poor customer service.

There is ALWAYS an issue! For a young guy I unfortunately need several medications a month - they always get something wrong. On top of it, when I call they slam the phone down several times & when they get fed up they’ll just hang up on you. They are SEVERALLY understaffed, it’s painfully obvious & on top of it they are NO LONGER a 24 hour pharmacy! They’re nice enough when you finally get there UNLESS you have an issue then they get REAL nasty real fast. There’s always a huge line. I’ve waited there on line for up to 45 minutes sometimes, this is NO exaggeration. The line will literally go all the way up the one aisle. I feel bad for them but that can’t become the puclic’s problem at sake of a billion dollar corporation cutting corners. Sad!

I dropped a script off at 5pm and asked "well it be ready by 10pm?" A women says "oh it'll be ready way b4 that." Thank God at 945 15 min b4 they close I went in and said Noone told me that I need this medication TONIGHT IF I KNEW IT WOULD NOT BE READY TONIGHT ID HAVE BROUGHT IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! JUST HAD SURGERY ON BOTH LEGS IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN AND I'VE BEEN WAITING ALL DAY HERE!!!!!!!! THE COSTUMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!!!! WORST STORE IVE BEEN IN OUR OF 33 YEARS ON EARTH

This Walgreens is def understaffed. Recently went to pick up scripts. Drive thru was closed When I went in the store there were 12 customers ahead of me at the pharmacy and I waited 30 minutes to pick up 2 prescriptions. This is a frequent occurrence... ugh!

Everytime I use their pharmacy there is a problem. A prescription is called in and when I go pick it up they “didn’t receive it” but when the office calls it is magically received. Or they need “more time to work on it” when it was called in two hours ago. Or just being overall unhelpful. Usually when I am using a pharmacy it is because I don’t feel good and having to deal with the back and forth with them everytime is ridiculous.
