Michelle, the hair stylist, took her time, spoke to us to ensure we got the haircut we were happy with before/during haircut, and did a wonderful haircut for my mom. Rochelle, the salon assistant, was patient and kind in shampooing/washing the hair. The salon’s hair washing basins also move, which is convenient. Thank you West End Salon.

Amazing experience at West End Salon! Ava was my Wax Specialist and provided me with a great experience. She is super gentle and will converse with you during the appointment explaining what she is doing as she goes. This was my first Brazilian wax and she did a wonderful job. I felt comfortable and calm the entire appointment. She also informs you about proper post-waxing care! Clean and welcoming environment, going back next month!! :)

I have been coming to West End Salon for almost 3 years. The Salon is always clean and professional. They accommodate my busy schedule to fit me in . Their prices are extremely fair for the amazing work they do . My hair stylist Tineia is so talented not only does she do extensions, hair coloring, styling , but she also does make up too . I always leave the salon feeling beautiful and my best self . I am a regular client and there atleast twice a month . I really enjoy the people who work there and the salon itself . I can’t speak highly enough of West End Salon .

Tinea has been doing my color and extensions for over a year and I could not be happier!!! My hair has never been so gorgeous, long, and healthy! She is the best in the business! The atmosphere in West End Salon is UNMATCHED! So warm and welcoming, i’ll never go anywhere else!!

I have been going to West End Salon for a year now, and I have never been more in love with my hair! Tineia is amazing at what she does and she gives me the perfect blonde balayage, and is amazing at extensions and blowouts also. She matched my extensions to my root/hair color perfectly and I feel so beautiful every time I leave the salon after she does my hair! She is also extremely professional, sweet, and gives me great advice and tips to keep my extensions looking healthy.

Excellent salon offering a variety of services with skilled stylists. Amanda C in particular is great! Pricing is reasonable and quality of work is on par with NYC salons.

Went to see bri the owner since my bri doesn't work anymore for west end. I told her do not cut the back Do Not cut the length!!!! You would think that because she has long hair that she understands! She ended up telling me that my hair was useless and chopped off at least 3-4 inches! I seriously contemplated on taking her scissors out of her belt and chop away her hair. My turn biotch! I still might. Why can't she follow simple instructions. I hate her. The hair cut is very very nice and but I don't care how damaged or USELESS my hair might be to someone else. It's mine and if I want to keep it then that's my choice and problem to deal with. Now the shampoo girl suffered because of you Bri! As I forgot to take care of her while I was in awe of my missing hair!

Lash Extensions ~ SydneeShe is truly amazing! Takes her time, sanitary, & great products. Her service is the best! She never gives any issues. Be on time with your appointments. Schedule in advance. I have been going to Sydnee since January, she is the best lash artist in Jersey. She will create your lash style the way you want & will give no problems! Will be going to her forever :)

I have been going to Manda C for over a year to keep my fantasy purple vibrant and beautiful. Not only does she do a wonderful job, but she is an absolute pleasure to work with. Don't even think about it nasty nicoletta will damage all your hair and sew a weave in on what's left and charge you $ 2,000 that's why karma did her fierce she has no nails or hair and smells like a walking infection
