“This feedback is way way overdue!
My identity was hacked at the end of last year.
The hacker was on the way to emptying my bank account, but was stopped by Columbia Bank Customer Service along with the West Milford branch personnel.
Two individuals at the branch that far exceeded my expectations were Lauren Grieves, Universal Operations Specialist II, and Jonathan R. Romeo, Assistant Branch Manager II.
Both have excellent technical and customer service skills when dealing with fraud cases.
I’ve been banking with Columbia Bank branches for over 60 years, and I will continue to do the same because of the outstanding service provided.”
