After receiving a letter that Lakeland Bank will be closing my account with no reason (probably because I didn't sign up for merchant services?) I called the bank and asked for Eftychia and conveniently she was on vacation. I emailed her with still no answer. What great customer service. Then I emailed Keith whose name is also on the letter and what a surprise. No reply. I was warned by someone who knows this bank not to open with them, but I didn't listen.

There are people working in the Cranbury branch with no brain we have a account in that branch whenever we go there they are so rude don’t know how to talk to peoples always Asking the question which even not related to I wish I can give them below zero ReviewThat branch needs to close or they need to change the staff

If I could give a BELOW ZERO for this bank I would, they no longer give courtesy calls to let you know if something is coming out of your account then has no problem charging $35 late fees for it(i won't tell you how much I've paid in late fees) and b4 anyone has a snark remark I'll say this, with how much people are struggling to pay bills banks need to work with you more, these owners are enjoying their steaks and lobster while we're all rubbing pennys together to go to the food store figuring out what we can afford to put on the table.. Multi-billion dollar bank and they're killing the little guy, typical, makes me wonder if they're part of the Ukraine and Biden money scandal.

Did my Christmas shopping all for my debit card to get declined so had to use my credit card. I did a stop payment on a check that got lost in the mail and they ended up freezing my accounts I asked them to unfreeze it they refused and gave no answers. I had been a customer of theirs for 20 years then months back my debit card expired I had to contact them because I never received a new one in the mail so it took about 2 months to get a new one but after being locked out of my account a few days ago I pulled all my funds out and went to a different non lakeland bank. I think corporate lost their touch with their customers and no one contacted me either when I got locked out.

Worst customer service EVER, made numerous phones call, on hold for over 35 minutes,more then once, wrote 2 letters and still the problem was NOT resolved. Can't wait to close out my account and go to the wonderful Credit Union I am now working with.I would also give them 0 stars but I can't post it if I don't give them 1.

Worst bank Ive ever dealt with. Heard nothing but bad things about them but gave them a try because of location convenience. I should’ve listened. Horrible customer service wasted hours of my time. Seem very unorganized and very poorly managed. Steer clear from the headache!

I have my business and personal accounts at Lakeland bank over 20 years. Never had any problem in fact they have always gone out their way to meet my needs.
