i guess they delayed mailing, but i was very convinced it was thrown out because the letters referred to below were dropped off at post office but she had received the letter i put in my mailbox. I’m very sorry Usps. Thank you…

First review I’ve ever made, and I am only doing it because the service was that terrible. Horrible phone experience. They threw away a letter that took me 3-4 hours to make for my gf. Don’t have time to go during their horrible business hours. I tried calling them to fix a mistake I made and waited for 45min on hold until it randomly hung up on me. Worst service i have experienced in my LIFE. Don’t believe i will ever use USPS again. They need to get ts fixed asap. Horrible service overall. if i could give 0 stars. I would. Threw out a very very very sentimentally valuable and un-replaceable letter. 0/5.

The staff in this post office are always friendly and helpful. We had a missing package and had misplaced our tracking slip. One of the post office staff went out of her way to help us and our package was located.

Every time I have a large package to be delivered. They don’t. They say they attempted delivery but they haven’t. Very frustrating.

An AMAZON package with tracking#: 9361289691019078412659 was delivered today and left in my roadside mailbox. The package was too large to fit into my mailbox and the driver jammed the boxed package. The package should have been left on my front step. It took effort to get my package! Horrible!I have a good mind to report this delivery service to Amazon!Amazon should be aware of the quality of service to their customers.

I am really disappointed in West Milford USPS.I was supposed to receive a big package .Everything has been shipped to West Milford post officeMy package was delivered at another address ,which is not even similar..on June 1st .How is it possible ?Can the postmen in West Milford read an address?I hope they will get my package back !

I’m really not the type to waste time with this but the guy at the West Milford post office needs to get a new job. I called to ask about a forwarding cancellation that’s been sending my mail (West Milford) to my old address (Hewitt) and my old address to my current address. I was told to shut up and call the Hewitt office. Every time I’ve dealt with West Milford’s post office I was rushed and interrupted and the problem is still not fixed over 6 months later.*Hewitt’s office has taken care of their part and has been very helpful every time I’ve dealt with them.

Recently sent a package and paid for 1-2 day priority shipping on a Saturday, which was expected to arrive on Monday. I was told by the employee it'll only take 1-2 days. It's now Friday and package is being delivered today, however, to the wrong address. It's being sent 2 towns over to my address(I didn't notice on the receipt) instead of the correct destination, South Carolina. I called to inquire about a refund on shipping for 1. the excessive amount of time and 2. being sent to the wrong address and was told "there's no guarantee on delivery dates" and i'd have to retrieve my package from Madison and drive all the way to WM just for them to 'investigate' why they delivered it to the wrong address, which, they could not take responsibility for. If you're shipping a package- just pay the same amount and go with UPS/Fed EX, at least it'll arrive in the 1-2 day time frame and you wont get a bogus excuse about its not gauranteed. As per the USPS site, "Domestic deliveries arrive in 1-3 business days depending on where your package starts and where it's going." But, not guaranteed, right? You might want to put that on your site then.

Wow, Mark the post master is incredibly rude. He needs a lesson in customer service, recently he got into an altercation with a customer in front of me. He raised his voice, started pointing fingers and cursing, all because his company fell short of doing there job properly. Unacceptable, no wonder the post office is going bankrupt. I’d give zero stars if I could. He was dismissive, belittling, and VERY ANGRY. Completely unacceptable behavior from an adult especially the supervisor. I’ll be taking my business to fedex going forward
