Just avoid this place. One hour waits when the place is empty nobody cares. The people in charge should be fired because the workers just do whatever they want. Probably the worst place u can go in town.

It’s gonna be a long one get ready and buckle up. Yesterday, my fiancé had to get oral surgery and all he needed was his antibiotics. We leave and go to Walgreens to go pick them up. I sit in line and I wait patiently and the woman behind the counter said There are three other important things that I Have to be done first. I then told her my fiancé is waiting in the car and excruciating pain after an hour of sitting there finally they decided to fill his prescription. The pharmacist said that they’re behind 300 antibiotics or prescriptions so my fiancé came in and said this is ridiculous. I waited over half an hour for This, she said that that’s actually good amount of time. Are you Actually kidding me why is it fair When someone is sick, they have to wait an hour or two in order to get their antibiotics. I’m sorry, but if I was sick and I wasn’t feeling good, I would want to go home right away. This is the worst pharmacy in town and I’ll be taking My prescriptions to West Milford pharmacy, and as soon as the pharmacist at Walgreens gave us our prescription. I said that right to her face.

Out of the roughly 5-6 employees who work at this pharmacy consistently, only one is competent. The rest are just clocking in and out. And generally asking them to do their job is an inconvenience and they make sure to show you. A couple others are “nice”. But only one (Anyone who goes there knows who she is.) is actually someone I would want as an employee. Not only is she good at her job, which is all I really ask for. But she goes so far above and beyond to help customers, truly caring about doing the best she can. Which makes it more baffling how everyone else there is rude, disrespectful, and just plain bad at their profession.

Most of there staff are excellent, others have attitude problems. I went in and they made an internal problem a customers problem all because of one question I had. After that the entire attitude and energy of the conversation during the transaction changed. Like the cashier wouldn't even grab me a manager to answer my question. If it wasn't so convenient I wouldn't shop here after today's experience. They could of answered with a yes or no and moved on.

Waited 15 minutes yesterday in line to be told my photo order wasn’t ready despite gettjng a notification it was, came again today and stood around for ANOTHER 15 minutes waiting for anyone to help me and I guess management just didn’t seem to care their customers were waiting. Incredibly frustrating, and the worst “customer service” ever

Worst pharmacy ever. I had pneumonia and needed my medication to help me breathe and waited a week for a much needed prescription. Every time I called all they would say is we're working on it. I finally got fed up and transferred the prescription across the street to the West Milford Pharmacy and had is the same day. Never again. The people at Walgreens were rude and absolutely not helpful at all. The people at West Milford Pharmacy were extremely helpful and very kind. If you need your prescription right away DO NOT ago to Walgreens.

I’ve been in town for years and don’t use the Walgreens pharmacy often but the last 2 times I’ve waited a day for a basic prescription. I’m not sure what happened to this pharmacy but will definitely be moving my business to another town pharmacy.

Always short staffed, and the employee there tonight 7/7/23 was rude. As I walked to the register, he mumbled oh Jesus Christ, as if annoyed another customer to ring up. As far as the pharmacy, I gave it 3 tries since moving here 1.5 yrs ago. Had an issue every time so I now go to WMP. But this store needs friendlier, more helpful staff.

Always have a hard time getting prescriptions filled. It’s like they decide what’s really needed without any reason. I’ve waited days for my prescription with no explanation except we’re working on it. ????

The pharmacy is the worst! They often try to over rule your doctor's orders and will refuse to fill certain prescription due to their own personal beliefs. They put you on hold for long periods of time and sometimes disconnect your call and the list goes on. I will say there is one worker there name Jake and he is wonderful! He goes above and beyond to answer your questions, assist you with finding a discount for your prescriptions. He's nice, patient, return calls, he's really cares about people. Unfortunately my encounters with other pharmacy staff members was not as pleasant, including the Pharmacist. I recommend going to the west milford pharmacy ALL of the staff members there are nice and very helpful..

Getting tired of this pharmacy. About to switch to WM pharmacy or rite aid. My scripts are never ready in a timely manner. Today they delayed my med bc it was out of stock. I called and they are NOT out of stock and now they tell me there is 31 scripts ahead of me. Well had you not falsely delayed my script, would there really be 31 scripts ahead of me? I ordered this at 8am this morning and it's now 130pm and it might not be done before they close? It's not a med I can just stop taking. So frustrated with this place. Someone needs to get a handle on this pharmacy.

Don't recommend doing business with their pharmacy if you can avoid it. For weeks, I had been trying to find some of my existing medications that are subject to national shortages.I called this pharmacy and asked in the plainest English possible if they had X drug in stock, and they replied in no uncertain terms that they had it in stock. I scramble to get scripts in to that pharmacy for that drug as soon as I could.Once I got the electronic receipt that my doctor has forwarded the script I immediately called to have them start filling the script only to be put on hold for 15 minutes until the call was just transferred to some dead line that rings indefinitely. When I hang up and make my third call for the day to this pharmacy, I'm then told they don't have it, never had it and they have no idea why I was told they did when I called earlier.This is New Jersey; throw a rock and you'll probably hit a pharmacy. I don't see any good reason a rational person would give this clown show their business.

Cashier wouldn't let me pay cash because she didn't want to open the drawer. That's crazy to me that you'd rather me not buy something than check if the drawer had money.

If I could give them 0 stars, I would!This is the most poorly run pharmacy I have ever seen. They regularly just outright lie to me, saying that my prescription is ready for pickup (when it isn't) or saying that they tried and failed multiple times to reach my doctor (when he responded to them a week ago).I don't know if they're just dopes or if they're dipping into their own supply, but I am switching pharmacies.
