They have so many different options to customize your photos. Many different print sizes, posters and magnet options. Very helpful staff and an easy to use Walgreens cell phone we app. Very fast pick ups available. You can even drop off the old cameras that you found in your nightstand and get them developed. It takes a few days but it's worth it. Many Walgreens have the photo department and I recommend them highly.

Worst pharmacy ever. I had pneumonia and needed my medication to help me breathe and waited a week for a much needed prescription. Every time I called all they would say is we're working on it. I finally got fed up and transferred the prescription across the street to the West Milford Pharmacy and had is the same day. Never again. The people at Walgreens were rude and absolutely not helpful at all. The people at West Milford Pharmacy were extremely helpful and very kind. If you need your prescription right away DO NOT ago to Walgreens.

One of the worst businesses I have ever had the displeasure of visiting.I've been going here for a number of years and they have never been anything but rude, incompetent, and usually both. The straw that finally broke the camel's back was their outright lying to me. They claimed that they had tried multiple times to reach my doctor about an essential prescription and that he had never gotten back to them. But I then found out that he had responded a week ago and they just never filled it (and lied to me). Once this was cleared up, they told me it'd be ready the next day, but when the next day rolled around, they told that they hadn't filled it because insurance didn't cover it. Insurance never covers it (a fact I mentioned several times the previous day), so they figured that I didn't need it.Go to the pharmacy across the street. They're much nicer and seem less...doped up

I have been using this Walgreens for a long time, the current pharmacist, Elsa, and MOST of the staff are just nasty humans. They NEVER smile at you, they ignore you and refuse to acknowledge you when it is obvious they see you there. When you call they answer and say they'll be right with you (with an attitude in their voice like they're annoyed by the call) and put you on hold, then after a couple minutes of hold music it rings again and they answer and say the same thing and put you back on hold, they don't give you a chance to respond or even say thank you. This repeats 3-4 times before they actually help you. They NEVER talk to you or attempt to connect with customers, whether you are there or on the phone, they treat you like a number and push you along. They talk down to you as if you're stupid and have a smug attitude about it, meanwhile they are almost always the ones making the mistake. It would be one thing if this happened once, but as someone who picks up three perscriptions a month, it happens EVERY TIME. I am a branch manager for a retail bank and I use examples from what happens to me here and how I am treated as scenarios of customer perception with my team for what NOT to do. I am so disappointed that I have to change pharmacies, I really didn't want to because I like that there are Walgreens everywhere, but that convenience is not worth the horrible service.

Once again, another Walgreens West Milford let down, the the pharmacist gives no explanation or leaves her perch , hung up on my wife last week while my wife was still talking , she needs to go !

Horribly run pharmacy, with terrible treatment of customers, particularly customers with special needs! The technicians specialize in rudeness and disrespect, and will readily insult you when you ask to speak with the pharmacist. It seems as though the substandard customer treatment and argumentative technicians issue has been experienced by numerous customers, begging the question of why Walgreens won't do anything about it? At this point, I'm concerned about the safety of prescriptions being dispensed at this store, since the technicians literally undermine the pharmacist!

Nice job on my 16x20 photos but I asked for glossy and they don't look glossy. They packaged them in half box so half of it was exposed. They couldn't find them and they were thrown behind the photo machine.

The most incompetent PHARMACY department my family has ever encountered. Showed up 45 minutes early for an appointment and wasn't seen until 45 minutes after my scheduled time. The Pharmacy manager, Elsa, is nasty and has no work ethic. How she lasted this long is a mystery to me.

This place was horrible. Went for a 420 appointment for a Covid vacc and waited 30 minutes for paperwork , only to wait another 15 for more paperwork. Then they took someone that came 30 minutes after me first. Two useless managers telling me they had to clean in between patients. But lo and behold they didn’t clean between the person in front of us. Management was totally useless. I will absolutely go somewhere else for the second dose!
