Una experiencia horrible lleve a mi perrito y la señora muy mala educada gritándome . Le dije a la señora que porfavor me ayuden con el perro que es imperativo y me dijo nosotros no podemos tener perros así aquí y me boto . Vi como a otros perros lo trataban mal y los gritaban para q se callen . Deberían cerrar ese lugar !!! Horribleeee!!

I had a great experience with my Dog Charlie. They were very attentive and patient and gentle with my dog. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who wants their dog groomed.

Their business description includes cat grooming, however, I brought my cat for a nail trim a few weeks ago and was told by the person at the front desk that they do not groom cats. This is a dog only establishment.

I decided to take my dog because I got a recommendation from a friend who told me the price was cheaper than other places but I doubt I will ever come again. The old lady who works there is very unprofessional and rude. She constantly makes insulting comments and refuses to listen to anything I said. If she is this lousy to my face I worry for how she treats the dogs when no one is around. I’ve honestly never seen such bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone please go somewhere else for grooming even if the price is a bit higher because at least you get good customer service!

This was the first time I brought my dog Jake to Bow Wow. They did a wonderful job and the price was unbelievably great!! I will definitely be going back. Petco is too expensive.

Fantastic! Made my fur baby look prim and proper. My dog had terrible mattes in his fur and they fixed him up.

We have in total of five dogs. The groomer is great with the special need each one of them. Three are rescued pets, then we have blind one. she is very patient with all of them. We have been dealing with the groomer for 3 yrs. no problems so far.
