Worst bank.I went to make a car payment. I'm on line waiting about 15 minutes. I get cut off by a customer because he has a problem. She's done with him. Closes the window. No, "Please wait for the next teller." Absolutely no explanation. I asked for the manager. Not in today. There's always a long line with a waiting period of over 15 minutes. There are enough tellers. Not at the windows. All customer service situations are taken care of at the window. You can't make any payments with a credit or debit card at the window. The service is unprofessional and horrible.

After two and a half hours of waiting they tell me that they cannot help me with the diligence I need and the advisors send me to the other and so on because they already wanted to go home.

Always exceptionally courteous service! The bank exhibits an impressive exterior on my block, as well as a spacious, comfortable (for waiting with the many fellow customers) interior. It's always a pleasure to walk into Capital One!

It’s terrible the ATM machine at the drive through is constantly broken the machine on the left side of the drive through it’s constantly telling you you’re card isn’t valid and when you try the one on the right side it works , but it takes it time to give you your transaction making you think it’s holding to your card. I reported the issue and the person you talk to has a broken English and says “the mutter will be fax “ this is the exact words and they don’t do anything about it . It’s a terrible bank to get your financial matters resolve.

Just like most previous reviews. Only 2 tellers with a line out the door. 40min wait just to get seen. Give yourself an hour for anything you need here

Horrible bank, unprofessional environment.This bank is great but the people working there has made it impossible for me to open an account with the bank every time I go their staff are busy and I never get to talk with them. I am unable to open an account online and their staff are very unprofessional with my questions and don’t consider how they are wasting my time. I have a life I have other things to do. Super unprofessional, wish to never return.

Slowest place ever. Just needed to update a phone number which was impossible to do online. Not so busy here yet took me 3 hours to get things started. This is my 2nd visit to fix this simple issue. The employee take too many break.

I have come here with my aunt several times and the line is very long, is not easy for a senior who has mobility issues to stand in a line for an hour ( and this was before covid I can't imagine now. After reading the reviews all I see are excuses and no action I will try to convince my aunt to move all her accounts to another bank.

giving one star because i can't give zero, the drive thru ATM retained my deposit so it didn't post to my account, the machine gave no receipt and returned my card, went inside to ask for my money, teller responded "oh yeah it does that sometimes" and gave me the ATM number to call customer service. So no one thought to put in a work order for the ATM? Or a sign? or a better process to help clients get their money back because of their own incompetence to fix a machine? ridiculous
