I live nextdoor and always come to this bank. This has bad customer service. But good thing all I need is atm machine ?

I had a problem with the bank's customer service. They were not professional and didn't know enough knowledge. When I was waiting for my appointment, one of the staff members wanted to check my papers to open an account. Even though I showed all the right papers, she said I couldn't open an account for a reason that didn't make sense. When I said I had two other bank accounts and a credit card, she referred to a policy difference. She still didn't accept my passport, driver's license, address proof, and social security number. I went to another Chase Bank and told them what happened. They said I could make an appointment to open an account with the papers I had. When I asked why I couldn't open an account at the first branch, the worker there said it was my choice to leave. I also saw in the reviews that I wasn't the only one with this problem.

Nine times out of ten, I use the ATMs. Once in a great long while, I need to go inside and meet with a teller to process my transaction. The lobby is always clean, and the garbage container is tall and conveniently located next to the recycling container. All the staff members with whom I have interacted are professional, helpful and friendly. I enjoy having options being a Chase Bank customer.

Terrible customer service terrible attitude.I have 6 accounts business and personal and I can’t even solve my simple issue with them. This branch workers are useless and they shouldn’t be doing this job.

Worst bank in Newjersey , The ATM’s are always out of service or glitching , I deposit my rent money in one of there ATMs and the money didn’t go through , they couldn’t help me inside the branch , I called costumer service and until now my money didn’t show on my account , because of them and their stupid Atm machines I have to pay 10% late fees which $270 dollars on top of my house rent because I couldn’t pay on time , they told me the claim could take up to 10 days and until now they didn’t even credit me my money ,,, this bank is the worst bank to deal with when it comes to claiming your own money , they transfer the call to someone located in India ?? who would just manipulate and give you misleading information,,, they won’t compensate you for any financial loss they simply don’t care , I do not recommend anyone to open an account in this corrupted bank !! Stay away

Great efficient service. I needed a number of tedious transactions completed for my business account as well as a foreign currency exchange/deposit and Jhetsy got everything done for me with ease! I waited in line 3-5 mins max

I've been a chase bank customer for years and this is one of the worst branches I have been in. The tellers are nice and proficient. I understand when there's only 2 of you working a d many people in the bank it can be a wait.The loans manager or financial planner in this branch was extremely rude and definitely thought he was better than the people he was giving service to. I almost took all my money out of my accounts that day, but ended up getting things done at another branch with better service.Also the security guard was also extremely rude. Some middle aged woman with a serious attitude. It was like she was frustrated that there were a lot of people waiting so she started bossing people around telling them to spread out, even though we were clearly spread out already and then had a pile of people all on top of each other by the door because people didn't want to wait outside in the cold. Just an absolute clown show.Go to another chase bank. This one is clearly poorly managed.
