My first Yelp review. The service was so poor that I had to leave a review, and am not surprised to see that every other person had the same experience. They opened my business account wrong 3 times and then closed it a month later without telling me. I had to physically go back to the branch to address because all emails were ignored, and phone wasn't answered. I then had to wait for over two hours and raise my voice in front of the many waiting customers to get the manager to actually prioritize seeing me. The business manager had a no show appointment for over 15 minutes and still didn't offer to help after I told him hours earlier that I needed his assistance. I went to his desk after 15 minutes and asked "do you have a no show?" only to hear him say "I have to call a third time to verify they aren't coming." So little priority about the problems their branch created and unfortunately do not provide proper customer service.

Worst branch ever. Chase should be ashamed of them self. Picking up debt card during lunch time. I had to wait more than an hour. Ridicules. This is not the first time. It's always like this. Two people working only.

The worst banking location ever. The lines are always long and the staff could really care less. They don't work with any purpose and don't put in any extra effort. There is only 2 available window tellers if your lucky. If you are in a hurry, go somewhere else. I watched as 2 employees of the visible 5 went on break at the same time not even caring that there are 40 people in line and a waiting list for help of over 15. Seriously the corporate office should remove the current branch manager and get someone I here who knows how to staff. Monday is not a day to decrease staff. Considering closing my account and going elsewhere but it will probably take a few hours to get seen. Wish I could a lower rating.

Always long long lines. .. Understaffed. I'm here to replace an atm card lost mine. It's suppose to take 5mins tops. I've been waiting for an hour no one available to attend me or the other 7 people waiting because the only two people on staff are opening new accounts an approximate total of an hour wait.

Is there less than 1 star, this place is horrible don't ever open acct here 1 hour waiting to fix debit card issue, still waiting, this is ridiculous
