Love this place! Very clean and the equipment is up to date. The staff, especially Sara is great! She’s very knowledgeable and friendly. And if you have a problem, Sara takes care of it immediately! 5 stars for Sara too!

Coming here over 20 years off & on throughout different name changes and ownerships which were never the best however this new owner and staff are nothing but great , friendly, supportive and welcoming . They even put my friend on a TV . WNY is a family community and this gym embodies the culture of what this town stands for . Hope to keep on pushing , pulling and running another 20 years with these Good Ol Folks ????

EXTRA FEES, The yearly fee for euipment, the late fess, THE 30 DAY NOTICE TO CANCEL WHICH IN MY EXPERIENCE WAS REINFORCED BY EVERYDAY CALLS ABOUT BEING LATE AND SO ON.THEY PLAY REGGETON, ALL DAY, THE WORST TYPE OF MUSIC EVER TO BE MADE. not even with headphones you can escape that painful noise, the owner yet polite WILL REINFORCE THOSE FEES TO THE POINT THAT HE WILL DAMAGE YOUR CREDIT. DO NOT GO, DO NOT SIGN. STAY AWAY.

Terrible experience have been trying to reach this place for days now and no one would pick up the phone. Had a membership with them and cancelled 2 months ago and I come to find out now they never cancelled my membership after claiming they would and was charged the past 2 months and the anual maintenance fee for 2 people. Ridiculous! this is bad business.

I went yesterday night, because i was looking for a gym to start training right away, and exercise i was ready to start a membership, seems a friendly gym however when I came to ask about the membership, and request information the woman at the front desk told me in a rude way she was about to close so a rather read the paper on a clip, she seems angry and upset, i didn't know asking for information was bothering her, anyway. If they want to be at home they should stay at home. Why hiring someone who doesn't want to help people.

Yesterday I went to find out about this place with the intention of signing up. Unfortunately, with the simple customer service, it didn't provoke me to stay there. I know a place where they can give customer service classes to the receptionist or not even that, kind of being a person. I would have liked to give a good comment about the machines and also the small space that it is, but I didn't manage to go beyond the entrance. Good luck, I hope you help the receptionist to improve and continue to recover from the blow of the pandemic (according to old comments)

I've been calling for 4 days straight and no one picks up the phone. I called four times today at different times in hopes that someone will pick up. No one does.

I'm gonna be 100% honest in this review. I been a member since 2021 and the maintenance is absolutely terrible. It's always packed unless you go in the mornings (I can't go due to my siblings.) A machine often breaks down and it takes them approximately a week to fix which can get annoying. Either that or they completely remove the machine. The place is extremely dirty as well. I've turned a blind eye towards it but it's absolutely disgusting. Those photos uploaded on the Maps app are extremely old too, the gym looks extremely different now. They are well aware of this and don't upload any recent ones due to the gym's condition currently, it's literally falling apart. Only decent thing about this gym is its location. It's subscription is pricey as hell too. The conditions on the equipment are either okay or terrible. The paddings on some machines are absolutely destroyed and they don't bother replacing it. They wrap tape around it and call it a day. This gym is terrible. It isn't worth it considering the absurdly high price of the subscription. They shouldn't deserve a 1 star at all. Don't go here unless you don't have time to travel to another gym.

Other people who rate this gym highly clearly have not been to a good gym before. The place is just dirty all around, the equipment is barely cleaned, a couple of old and broken equipment can be seen. Weights are left all over the place in the 1st floor meaning finding plates tedious. Safety clips are all missing. Staff don't enforce the rules of reracking and only sit behind the stand watching

I been at this gym since 2019 and to be honest it horrible specially the people that work there, there very judgemental type and I'm think by the Fall 2022 I'm going to change to a better gym with better customer service so I'm going close this gym account!

That’s incredibly insane. I’m gonna tell you what happened today. Employee (girl) said that the gym is $12 per day. That’s is madness. Also, She took $12 from me and she said that the price is for a week. But today she said the price is for just one day. If I pay $30, she can arrange for a month without contract. Hopefully, The owner knows this situation. This is not a business.

There's a lot to say about this place and most of them are not good. It is very unfortunate that this gym isnt better because it is so close to me.I'll start with the pros. They gym isnt huge but for the amount of space that they do have, there is a good amount of equipment. There is nothing special about the equipment, they have the basics (which is fine) and nothing else. The staff is also very friendly. nothing less nothing more. No complaints there. Now for the negatives. Lets start with the equipment. The equipment is old, beat down, and rusty. Some of the equipment is so old even the rust is starting to flake off. Half of the machines, the numbers on the weight stacks are either non-existent or so worn down you cant even read the amount of weight on the stack.NOBODY PUTS THE WEIGHTS BACK !!!! NOT EVEN THE "TRAINERS" !!! I spend so much time trying to find a matching pair of dumbbells or weights because nobody puts the weights back where they are supposed to. Theres this kid who I think works there, he looks really young to be a "trainer" but I see him there almost everyday. I see him training others, which is fine, but he NEVER re-racks the weights. How do you expect other people to re-rack the weights when even the trainers who work there dont even do it. I see people using 3 pairs of dumbbells at a time, and then just leave them on the floor and walk away when theyre done. ITS TERRIBLE! Theres also no numbers on the dumbbell rack so people either just leave them on the floor or put them back randomly. You will be sure to find 10 pound dumbbells right next to 90 pound dumbbells mixed in right next a 50 pound dumbbell because the weights are just EVERYWHERE. GET A NEW SET OF DUMBBELLS AND PUT THE WEIGHT NUMBERS ON THE RACK!!! This will make things so much easier so people can actually have a reference of where to put things back. At the end of the day it starts with the trainers who work there to put the weights back themselves and then from there, REINFORCE putting weights back. Also the basement floor is VERY uneven. If you put dumbbells on the floor, they will likely roll to the other side of the room because of how uneven it is. Ive been reading that they recently renovated but I honestly couldnt even imagine how bad it looked before if this was the "renovated" version. The gym has potential, but they need to get some new equipment, gym go-ers and trainers need to re-rack weights, and they really need to do simple things like putting weight numbers on the stacks ands weight numbers on the dumbbell racks.
