Unpleasant and frustrating, the pharmacy does not answer the phone, the line is only for doctors, patients who call to find out about a medication cannot be contacted, I am not interested in a pharmacy that does not respect the need of a patient and only cares about billing with doctors and transfers of medications from other pharmacies, I think there are many patients frustrated with this added to the poor treatment of employees when they go to pick up medicines.
