“I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the Edible Arrangements location at 61st & 2nd Ave in NYC. They were supposed to deliver my order on Valentine’s Day, but since I was traveling, the delivery person assured me it would be redelivered on Monday when I returned. That never happened. This morning, I called ten times, and no one answered completely unprofessional.
To test my suspicion that this location lacks leadership and character, I called another Edible Arrangements location in New Jersey. What a difference!
