I am writing this review today because I have had 3 bad experiences with this location. Enough is enough. If there was 0 stars that is what I would give this place.First Incident: I was there with my son a couple of years ago. While there I asked could they send my completed tax returns to the IRS for me. I was told, "Yes" and given a business card and told to contact by email. I emailed about 3 times, called and left a couple of messages. NO RESPONSE. This is not how you do business.Second Incident: A few months ago I stopped in. The staff is lackluster and inattentive. I went there to get something notarized. I sat there waiting and waiting and no one acknowledged me or asked what I wanted. Then after they did, I was told to wait for the notary who was with someone. The person never told the notary that there was someone else waiting. I could hear the conversation between the notary and client because the place is super small. The conversation went on from business to general polite conversation as I waited. Still no one let the person know there was another customer waiting. I left.3rd Incident: I decided to give it another try. I called. Someone answered, the sound on the phone was low and the person couldn't hear me. I said "I'll call back" hung up. Called right back... sounded like another person answered. The sound was better. I could hear her clearly. After saying hello... I asked "do you notarize (blank document)? She said "NO" sternly like she was annoyed and then hung up without giving me time to ask another question. SO RUDE. I will NEVER EVER go back. I will tell anyone I know to not use his place.
