Excellent costumer service. My partner I lease a car for about 2 years and half. We never had any issues. We did regular maintenance with them during the whole time with very affordable prices. The returning process was easy and pretty smooth. I want to thanks the costumer service employees Maynor and Oscar for helping us during this process.

The sales representative Robin was so nice with us and provide all the details that we need to know. Also the manager David Delgado is really nice. The financial Emmanuel explained to us everything and we go home with new car and so happy. Best dealer experienced ever.

I've been a loyal customer here, having regularly serviced two of my previous Honda vehicles at this dealership. However, I feel compelled to share my recent experience, and it pains me to say that it's been quite DISAPPOINTING. In all honesty, I WOULD NOT trust them with anything beyond minor maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations.On two separate occasions, I brought my car in due to an issue with the electrical charge port, which is crucial for my PHEV. Notably, I had explicitly mentioned this concern when booking my appointment online, and I reiterated it at the service counter during my initial visit. To my astonishment, the service advisor seemed to disregard my clear communication and went ahead to order a part for the USB-C port, which was entirely unrelated to my issue. He did mention that the part was back-ordered, promising a follow-up call within a week.However, a week passed with no communication from the service center. Frustrated, I had to take the initiative and call them myself. To my dismay, the staff on the other end of the line appeared completely oblivious to my situation. They informed me that the wrong parts had been ordered and that they would "take care of me" during another visit.I returned for another appointment, only to be told, after an hour and a half of waiting, that they didn't have the necessary equipment to test my electrical charger. This was information they could have easily provided over the phone, saving me the time and effort of making an unnecessary trip to their facility.Regrettably, it seems that the service desk at this place is riddled with INCOMPETENCE. Therefore, unless you require nothing more than an oil change or a tire rotation, it's best to to go elsewhere to avoid the hassle and frustration I encountered.

We visited another dealership before this, but Victor made it such a easy and transparent process that we felt 100% comfortable buying with Hudson Honda. He had our best interest in comparison to other dealership.

Extremely, extremely inconvenient to visit Hudson Honda's service center on a busy day. The service center has zero parking. They have a "valet" system where you wait in your car until the valet is available to park your car. I was instructed to park in oncoming traffic (on JFK Blvd) until a valet was available. They said to turn on my hazard lights to avoid being T boned by oncoming traffic while I waited. They said it would be quick, but it is not acceptable for any period of time to instruct customers to idle their cars in an unsafe location (in the middle of oncoming traffic would qualify as unsafe).

I came in to purchase a used car. The price was right. I know taxes and fees come up to about $2000. They were charging me $8000 just in fees and kept saying well all dealerships are like this, this is why your still looking for a car. I went to numerous dealerships and the most fees were $2500.

As a first time vehicle buyer I had an amazing team at Hudson Honda assisting me. Alex Aguilar presented me all the options I had and put all my insecurities at ease. I was treated with incredible respect. The guys were so friendly and great to look at. Hudson Honda has an amazing team their communication skills is wonderful and I would gladly recommend to go there.

Please save your time and money and AVOID this car dealership at all costs. The seller brought me a sheet with an adjustment merchant value at 5k over MSRP, with dealer fees came up to a total of about 7k without counting taxes; after going back and forth “talking to his manager” we agreed into a final price to then realize they added those numbers later on in the contract in “dealer fees” increasing the monthly payments or my lease. I want to also mention, these men are unprofessional, saying “your husband can help you pay” and “you have money” because they clearly knew how much I made on a yearly basis. That is completely unprofessional and disrespectful. They only look for their benefit and commission, they lack skills and respect for the costumer. The whole overall experience was a nightmare, they definitely knew I really needed the car. I regret being a costumer at that Honda. They are very stereotypical about women. The seller across from the other sellers office was blasting music, having personal conversations over the phone, just not professional at all. Please save your time AND MONEY and avoid this place.

Service is decent, the majority of the employees are decent. The techs or their immediate superior lack...something. I've gotten my car returned worst of when I went for a simple oil change and a wheel alignment. Had to get it fixed 3 times for the same problem ("rotor") first they shaved one, that didn't fix it. Then they said all of them need to get shaved by a more experience tech, ok, lost a half a day of work cause for some reason I had to be there before 2 that day. The time after that went for another oil change same problem. This last time I needed an oil change and there was a recall that needed to get replaced, I get the car back like the pictures show. You can't even close the door without having to slam it cause the rubber pertrudes, but they said good enough for a friday. WHO CHECKS THE QUALITY OF THE TECHS WORK?! As a tech I would be embarrassed that this low quality of work had my name behind it. Now I have to comb through the car with a fine tooth comb cause EVERYTHING VIBRATES NOW! I would go back but there's a probability I could get my car worst than it's current state. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.

I had an awesome experience. I know they want to sell cars but Victor, truly took his time and explained everything. Joshua is a strong leader, not just someone behind the desk but interacts with his clients and potential clients. Manny is personable and thoroughly explained the whole loan and protections, I have. Overall an amazing experience. They truly made a stressful decision, an easy one. Thank you all. Definitely sending family and friends to them.

This is my second time purchasing a car here, first from David D. and this time from Milton and each time I've had a great experience. I am someone that when I see something I like I go for it and even with that, Milton went above and beyond to show me all the options that I had. I traded in our previous car and got a brand new car and it was a very smooth process. In total we were there for about 3 hours as everything was processed so make time for that but at the end of the day it was truly worth it and I left with the car of our dreams! Will certainly be coming back for any and all vehicle purchases. Thank you Milton for all your awesome energy!
