Products - are great! a Gem!Staff - Inexperienced and young executives at a high level position in the company, That lack time management and work discipline.Damages the seriousness of the position and real work that comes with it. Can be frown upon of by industry executive leaders that drive the biggest revenues in the market.Must re-evaluate.Inexperience is expensive long-term and gives off high turnover rates all around the company especially during a PANDEMIC.Leadership is earned at a high level of maturity not given lightly.

I am a retailer for the brand. Would not recommend retailers open account with Josmo or end user buy footwear from them. They do not stand behind quality of workmanship. My customer showed me how the shoes, "Academie Gear Josh Penny Loafer", held up and what poor condition they were in after just 2 months of school wear . When I called customer service to ask for replacement pair, customer service would not honor request for exchange or credit. They said it's "extremely worn out" and that the shoes have gone through "excessive wear". Sure, if school children run a 5k marathon every day.
