They changed an alternator. Same day left their shop and two light were on. Both the battery and brake light. Went to another mechanic and he tested the battery and said it was faulty and a new alternator was needed. They never made sure it was properly working. Probably bought it at some cheap auto place.p

I have been going to Orlando's for about the past 5 years. I must say the have been the only company that always kept me informed every step of the way. After a long year of covid-19, I finally took my car in for an oil change along with a few other maintenance or up keep a car needs. They were able to get everything done within a day including a last minute internal cleaning that my car needed. They called me and let me know what was going on once I left. They also, took pictures and gave me 2-3 options when it came to the work and price on certain parts of the work. Once I picked up my car they also advised me on how to keep the good running better.They are always so professional and straight forward with the work and price. Other places I've been to try to insult my intelligence because I'm a woman and don't fully answer my questions when I ask about why certain things are being done or why do I need certain things. I might not know much about cars but that's not an opportunity to take advantage. I have never felt that from Orlando's they always have taken the time to explain what and why they are doing. Again, they even gave advice on what I should do to maintain the car before I left.I will continue to use them for all my car issues. I have to lower my review only because they did a large mechanical job on my car and it ended up being there for months because I had to keep taking it back. I will say they did always try to correct the problem, so they stood by their warranty and service. But, it was never really corrected like it should have been and I think they cut a lot of corners - using old seals etc. It was an older car so i'm sure that had a lot to do with their challenges, but they didn't have a technician I would assume on staff that could repair my car correctly. It created a very large and stressful issue for me later on down the road. The son that worked there was professional. The who I believe is the mother isn't as pleasant to deal with. Because of my last experience I went elsewhere.

The customer service and attention was super quality, I really appreciate that I am always assisted quick and with full attention. This time around I brought in my Dodge Sprinter for a wheel alignment and for other check ups. I live all the way in Jersey City near the Bayonne area but I don’t mind the drive at all if it means I’ll keep getting the consistency of quality service.Services: Wheel alignment

I have been taking my car (2009 VW Jetta) to Orlando’s for several years and took my boyfriend’s car there yesterday for a quick repair. They do great work and their pricing is excellent compared to other places in the area. Would highly recommend!!

I am not a big fan of writing negative reviews. However, I feel compelled to write one today in the hope that people using Google maps in search of quality service would heed the warning. On October 17th, I brought my 07 Passat to OCS with a simple request to replace spark plugs and ignition coils (I brought my own) - a plug-and-play job that takes an hour tops. They quoted me 3hrs and wanted me to pay $240. They didn’t want to negotiate and simply waved me to clear the bay while suggesting in rather unfriendly manner to “take my car down the street”. I am glad I did just that - exactly one block down the street, a smaller shop called “Tri State Auto Repair” did what I asked for under 1hr and I saved myself $150.

From my experience I urge you not to take your car to this place! They are horrible and I will be reporting them to consumers affairs. To make the story short they had my car for over five days, and only because I question the fact that the car was still not fixed after five days in the shop and I losing work! he decided to remove supposedly parts, he told me he was working on and told me just to go and pick up the car.On my way back home parts started falling A part in the driver side, by the foot pedal the car all of a sudden stop accelerating. Theres are cut wires Pieces that are disassembled.I truly feel that they even made my original problem even worse the car now doesn’t even run.

I would call for a Status update And was always told it would be fixed the following day, that lasted over five days! We spoke to his wife which she was very aggressive and insulting, only because I questioned the fact that it had been over five days and the car was still not fixed or at least say it was something they could not fix and not delay the process of returning the car. The following morning we received a phone call from the owner saying he had decided to remove parts he had replaced and to pickup the car. On my way home power started to fall off on the driver side in the middle of the road the car stop and no longer accelerate it. Please be aware do your research as I will be reporting them to consumers affairs.
