The manager named Rosa can be defined as an ignorant, unprofessional, rude thieve who firmly believes that tenancy laws are non-existing. My husband has a leased parking spot with this office and received a letter from her regarding a past due payment with a "LATE FEE" stating that my pre-authorized automatic payment agreement had expired. It's obvious that she failed to notify us and other tenants that the automatic payment agreement was supposed or about to expire. I am connecting with other tenants who received the same letter to start a legal action, because this late fee is clearly an attempt to steal money from tenants because of this woman's failure to perform her duties.

WARNING..Terrible Service. They almost towed my friends Car for no reason while working at the location. The superintendent JUAN and his team are not professional nor friendly.

As of September 15th 2017 they have shut down the central AC at 5001 Park Avenue. I went to visit my 75 year old mother yesterday and he apartment was at 93 degrees with all windows opened and four fans running at 8pm. They have no consideration for the elderly living there. Last night at 11:45pm about 15-20 (elderly) tenants were sitting outside because the temps in their apartment was peeking 90's+. This is ridicules and something needs to be done ASAP. This is hazards for this poor people especially the ones who suffer from oxygen etc. Why don't they have their own parents living in this so they can feel to desperation and concern we have towards our mother's, father's and grandparents. This can't be legal. I've called all stations today to get something done. My mother can't continue living under these circumstances.
