I came here for help, my account was charged double. It wasn’t just 20 or 30 dollars it was over 1,000. After speaking to a representative on the phone they told me to come here so I can get the best assistance. Even though I was unable to get the help I needed through the phone Michelle was so kind and understanding of my situation. I came here at 10am, I’m guessing everyone else ahead of me had easy issues to resolve. But when I was attended by ISAAC he was so hostile in his demeanor, even if you can’t help me you should still be understanding it is YOUR job. He was very dismissive even when I understood his point and when he was asking me questions he was rolling his eyes. Like as if he didn’t want to deal with it and it made me so uncomfortable, I myself work in customer service and I was just so disappointed with his attitude. After he was unable to help me I just let him know hey listen you didn’t have to have that hostility with me. At the end of the day I understood his point but he could have definitely spoken to me with the right tone it’s not hard to be kind especially when someone is is evidently in a bad situation. Do better Isaac and I’ll be seeing you again. Hopefully you’re in a better mood! One star because as the face of the store you are representing T-Mobile and you didn’t do you best as you could’ve.
