The lady who works at the front desk, she’s the most efficient person I’ve ever seen, she helped me and literally teaching me how to fill papers patiently, also giving me critical tips to take care of. I can’t thank her enough ! masa alkhair !

The lady who works in this office seems to me to be from Puerto Rico, not only does she do the work of 3 people, she also shows herself to be at her best giving good service, one day I had to buy a money order to pay for the electricity and She was so kind to me, she helped me fill it out, she works super fast, I urge the users of this office to be considerate of her ? at lunch time and really take her into account in their performance

Bad customer service, Jackeline talked very bad to my friend. Very Bad, she make my friend cry was very unprofessional. We are looking to talk with a manager because this type of people can be very working in front lines. I’m sorry but very bad for this usps store.

This company are stealing packages, they stole my package and do not want to be responsible for it, they don’t want to refund the shipping fee nor pay for the items that they lost. I filed a claim in which a supervisor tried to contact them and they didn’t even answered the supervisor’s phone call. Such a disgrace! Yet when I call the customer service says the issue was resolve but I still need my refund.
