I shopped there today. I bought some shaving stuff. there is one cashier her name tag said Irene and she happens to be very friendly and helpful. I don't usually leave a review but this lady was really customer oriented and I applaud Walgreens for hiring her.

Honestly, at this point it’s been two times I attempt to do pick up orders and it’s the same excuse every time. “Oh the machine isn’t working to print” or “oh we can’t seem to find your order” yet send notification texts stating the order is ready and I’m given the excuse “someone hit the button by accident” twice?
With all the negative reviews on here just shut the place down and put a condominium complex already.
This place became trash followed by its employees once they switched from rite aid to Walgreens

This place is terrible in terms of customer service, so many negative comments regarding the majority of its workers (in my opinion there are only three that have served me well) the others have a horrible character, I had never visited a place in this area. country where they made me feel so bad and what I don't understand is how the owners of that place don't realize that those people are bankrupting their business.

Worst pharmacy ever, Dr H and the other unqualified women in the back have no business dispensing medication. They always are backed up and argue over how to do things correctly. How are these people qualified? Seriously go anywhere else

Just left there 1/2 hour ago heading home after work. White man in his 60s(didnt catch the name) was very unfriendly at purchase counter. Ask for a bag to put all my things that i just purchased, 'No bags'was his response. Went over to next counter and theres a whole stack of bags, so i took one and put my things in. Come on! Much better customer service is a must!

The afternoon manager has her hair dyed yellow, she is despicable, she yelled at me and also at the boy who helped me because he asked me for my number, I gave it to her many times <it was a slow system> but she yelled at us, she is despicable

This place has the most inhumane and unprofessional workers probably in the entire country. I went with my baby to get vaccinated in the extremely cold, just because I arrived a few minutes after my appointment time, they did not want to serve me, they said they were going to lunch and that I had to wait for them to return, they do not have staff to occupy that position while they are At this time. I know many more qualified people with a desire to work who would never treat someone like that with a baby in their arms and unfortunately they don't get jobs because people like this who if they don't deserve the position they occupy are there, earning money without doing quality work. . I don't come here anymore.

It seems incredible to me that after two weeks they are still selling like nothing, the Halloween candy was broken and contaminated by rats! Nobody says anything, it's incredible that they don't check their products, nor do they realize when they enter the store what a rat stench there is! If we all joined together we would do something to improve this problem!
