I had an amazing experience with the service provided in store by DAVID! He was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the process. As well as prompt in responding to my inquiries and went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. The quality of the service was top-notch, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need!My new phone was activated by combining two existing lines to one device. Which would probably take me a long time to accomplish on my own.No service interruption, which is essential for my business.David took customer service to another level and also helped me installing a screen protector and a case on my new phone!

What is this. They charged me for activation fee in $35. I figured that was the activation fee but no, I get billed for another $35 in Verizon following month and that is the actual activation fee. The representative is did not say this was anything else. This is a setup fee. This is really dubious to call it activation fee and the amount is exactly same as the actual activation fee. I will be disputing this for misrepresentation of what you are actually charging me for and not being honest with me.

Diana was amazing, she displayed patience despite the store being full, and answered all of my questions with kindness and grace. She even helped me get a new phone, without me knowing I actually had good credit. I can't say enough good things, and I wish they can clone her in every Verizon store. Thanks again Diana you rock!!

Christopher has the most amazing customer service skills I have encountered in a small store like this he was so very curteous and friendly and he made sure to make my expirience even better by helping me get the phone and all the accessories that I needed to protect and keep my new phone looking great also all the other staff who work there were amazing too will most definitely recommend my friends and family and be returning to buy again

Was told that they are a private franchise and any of my questions wanting an answer would require a 35 dollar charge. I was referred to their corporate offices and stores for my concerns.

Nice I guess and all but NO HELP whatsoever. I was looking to purchase a phone right off the bat and they couldn't help me. Like??? And then apparently being a prepaid customer doesn't offer genuine real help. Money is money. The girl working today was like clueless. Went to Verizon in Hoboken and their service makes this place look like trash. Said it and meant it.

My husband and I got there at 4:20 PM today and we told the lady his phone got stolen so we wanted to buy a new phone the lady gave us the number to Verizon customer service and walked us out the door I wanted to stay inside because we wanted to buy a phone there in that moment and it was 4:29 and she locks the door and I asked her why are you closing you close in 30 min and she said no we close now. I said online shows 5 PM she was rude and close the door on my face. I work retail and if the time says 5 PM the door closes at 5 not at 4:30 ! We have been with Verizon for years and not even on the phone for customer service they are like that!! I’m beyond disappointed!! I always go to Verizon in Edgewater because it’s near my house, and West New York was the only one open around me where I was today! Never again will I be going there! Now my husband has no phone !! Due to her not being professional at all!!!!!!

Francisco was great- he helped me with exactly what I needed and provided great answers to all the questions I had. He also went out of his way to make sure everything was set up properly on my new phone. Overall I had a quick and lovely experience!
