Courteous and friendly staff. I dropped off a suit at the last minute and needed it the same day for an event . They were kind enough to honor my request to have my suit available within a few hours.

I use them ALL THE TIME. Excellent prices, excellent work. They cleaned a shearling jacket and the results were amazing. I had a bad experience with a different drycleaner using the wrong color on my old shearling, ruining it, but A Cleaner's results were wonderful. I've also used them for restitching, changing zippers, and spot stains, always with amazing results.Services: Color matching dyes

BEWARE GO ELSEWHERE! UNPROFESSIONAL! RACIST! Went in to bring a bag a clothes for dry cleaning and advised that I had to pay upfront because they were summer clothes. Advised them that i was dropping off and will pickup next week for my vacation and was told I would have to leave a deposit. Next customer had more clothes than me and was not asked to pay upfront or leave a deposit.

Consistently bad. Cheap. You get what you pay for. Laundered shirts returned with heavily creased/wrinkled collars, plackets, cuffs. unwearable. Must iron before wearing. Unapologetic, argumentative owner.

Would give no stars if possible. First of all, I have lived in the area and used this cleaner through 3 different owners. The current owner is HORRIBLE. Giant sign in window says..."expert tailor on premises". Lie-he sends everything out to a seamstress in West Orange and puts a fee on top. I have been there 2 days in a row to talk to him about pants being hemmed and he's not there and no one else can help. Ridiculous. He shrunk and ruined 3 pair (6 panels) of Restoration Hardware linen curtains that the previous owner cleaned several times without a single issue. He shrugged his shoulders and offered to stretch them out when I showed him the picture of the curtains hanging 6 inches shorter than when I brought them in to him. Just because someone buys a Dry Cleaner does not make them an expert. Run and find someone else. He does not have a clue!!! Organic?? Doubt it. I request no starch everytime I drop off and the other day my shirts were like boxes of cardboard. I kid you not. All of these problems have happened to me. This place is just the worst.

New ownership has no idea how to run a business. They don't know the first thing about customer service. I will be bringing my business else where.

Bring back The old ownership. Recent experience, needed to pick up pair of pants for next day. Didn't have any cash, didn't realize there was a $10 min for a card. Explained that I really needed them for next day. I was then lectured on how expensive it is to run card transactions ad how all customers try to get over on him. After being talked to like a first grader I went got cash, paid for my pants and had my final say. Quality of their work - fair. Attitude towards customer - abysmal at best. Stay away, so many other reputable cleaners. Unless you enjoy getting hollered at like a 4 year old. Too many other options...
