The pharmacy is disrespectful. Save your breath and go elsewhere. I think maybe because it’s the closest to the pleasantdale ambulatory care surgery center they get a lot of business and aren’t grateful for it, but annoyed or overworked instead. #disgruntledstaff

Phoned this pharmacy as a physician today at 10:53 AM. After a few minutes on hold, pharmacy picked up and hung up. Phoned again, after another wait, informed staff about dropped call, to which staff responded rudely and yelling that it’s not their fault and it was not done intentionally.
I requested to call in a medication, as the staff (not sure if pharmacist or tech, female) claimed it was not received electronically. The staff responded, “the patient does not come to this pharmacy.” I advised that the patient requested this pharmacy specifically during today’s visit. They again responded, “they don’t come here.”
Wasted valuable time and received unacceptable treatment.

I’ve been to this store a few times and constantly have the same issue whenever I’m trying to by certain items like laundry detergent, or body wash that’s behind a glass that you have to push a button for to get a store associate for them to unlock the product. The wait time just to for an associate to assist you ranges from 3-10 mins which is crazy for just one item.The store seems to have a worker shortage every-time I’m here. CVS needs to do better.

Thank you, Heberth for helping me out and being so patient when you guys were literally closing in 15 minutes! I had a coupon that was linked to my card but wasn’t showing up and this young man didn’t rest until we got the coupon to work! Attentive and friendly!

This rating is completely for the young girl at the pharmacy named, Savanna, I had so many medications, multiple visits and a baby losing his mind screaming and she was so sweet, patient and helpful. It’s important when at the pharmacy having to pick up meds related to a severe illness, having her kind and good attitude.

Kristine Lyne at the pharmacy is extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. She has no bedside manner, and she is in an environment where she works with sick people and disabled people. She is extremely ableist and discriminatory towards patients who have prescriptions there. Absolutely horrendous. Do not come here if you don’t want to be discriminated against. Shame on you Kristine for treating disabled people like we are a problem. You work in medicine. You should have picked a different line of work if you don’t want to be around disabled or sick people.
